I'm not sure I'd be willing to make that claim. Many (though by no means all) of the players are on the boards now have earned their places there by being really good, but also by being really lucky. Several of hem have alts on the boards that are definitely not top 3, which speaks to the inherent variance in the system, some of whom have over the 200 win number. I think that it's definitely a good starting point, but it's not the end all be all

As one of the 2 i think top 3s who would keep it under these changes, I have to agree with everything you've ssaid. It is absolutely more difficult to climb the higher you go, because of the swingy, RNG filled nature of solos. I think this change is probably good, but I also think that a lot of people who are definitely good will tilt the **** off trying to get those 200 wins and just give up, because the higher you go the more painful your teams tend to be.

I think it is a welcome addition. I love some companions, but as they are locked to roles I don't need, I never get to use them. With this new system I can use them again, Nadia healer FTW
