  1. Let's see now ... Delay it two hours, and you'll see 90% of the European players raging, as that'll delay the maintenance until ... 6 pm(GMT) 7 pm(GMT +1) 8 pm(GMT +2) 9 pm(GMT +3) ... I think you get the point. Look who's talking. You're blatantly saying "F*** you, Europe." -- If that's not ignorant, I'm not sure what ignorance is anymore.
  2. This actually made me laugh. I'm from EU, I don't have a problem with the maintenance periods. Gives you a few hours break off the game. Lets you do something else. Not to mention, those hours are typically hours of school, work, and whatnot.
  3. I am not attempting to deliver insults to anyone. I apologize, if you misunderstood that part. I was editing my text while you were commenting on it. I simply mean that one is very naive to believe a MMO perfect, within one month of release.
  4. It is an excuse, obviously. Do you expect a MMO to be perfect within 1 month of the release? As you said yourself, MMOs require a lot of patience due to their long-term nature. Obviously it is naive to believe that such huge game can be perfect within one month of release. At this point, I could make a reference to World of Warcraft, but I'm going to let that one skip, as I've had enough of World of Warcraft comparison in my lifetime. I'm simply going to say this: I have yet to see a MMO perfect. Even after years of development. BioWare will fix the bugs as soon as they can. But in order to do so, they need to be sure on exactly what to amend changes to.
  5. The rolling eyes was a mere reference to my use of the e-friends term. I have seen quite a few threads about it. Needless to say though, they should look at their end before blaming the software.
  6. Are you saying that, because you have actually tried it yourself, or simply because you heard it? I have yet to face any of these problems myself, along with a few of my e-friends. () Also, this problem may also have something to do your connection. If your ping is über*****, then logically your attacks will be delayed a lot.
  7. Very fine, actually. I haven't had any problems during the launch.
  8. Hotmail does seem to have a slight delay, tried it before, then I switched. Nothing that serious though. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
  9. Lawyers/Attourneys from Denmark will not do a single thing about these sort of things. Furthemore, the fault ultimately lies at your side, as I mentioned before. BioWare is not scamming anyone. What possible reason could they have, to want to scam someone? Money? I honestly doubt that. They made ~ $90 million dollars purely from Pre-orders, in the United States. Almost 60% of what they used on resources to construct the actual game, if I am not mistaken. I haven't been able to find any sources on how many European Pre-orders that were placed, but I'm guessing it's not on the low-end. As I mentioned before, and several others before me. Everyone has been entitled 30 days free gameplay. Everyone has been given such promise. BioWare simply requires your creditcard information before-hand, so they can automatically withdraw each billing cycle, starting as of 21st/22nd January, 2012. There is no catch, I simply do not see how people can have such a big problem with this little factor.
  10. That is an opinion you have, along with others. That is nowhere near a fact. The fact is, Bioware has said this all along. You are the ones who haven't paid attention. Discussion is indeed present.
  11. You people need to calm down, really. You are all entitled to 30-days free gameplay. They simply want your credit card details, so that they are able to withdraw money after the initial free gameplay time has passed. They are not withdrawing anything as of yet, except from the validation amount, which will be refunded to you after a few days. if you do not have a credit card, then sadly, you do have to buy a gametime card, for whatever the cost is. I can see why you are all upset about this subject. This does however not change the fact, that they have been saying this all along, it is mentioned in the FAQ, and your Account Settings. I urge you to consider getting a credit card. It cannot be that expensive. It sure isn't where I live. Regards, Strimell.
  12. I got disconnected real badly last night, up to multiple times, where I lost all my progress in the current quest(s), because it happened at the quest boss, or the cutscenes, and tended to not let me speak to my designated goal, after reconnecting. () Thanks for the update, BW. I'm very glad this is being worked on.
