Gear resets are common practice with major patches in MMOs. You would think at this point people would accept the inevitability that eventually all that 'hard work' won't matter anymore and they won't get to be special.

Bioware managed to destroy the PVP in this game with one fell swoop. That coupled with pulling rated WZs just hours before the patch caused me to unsub. I hate to say it but it's pretty clear at this point Bioware has no clue what the hell they are doing.

Imperial teams on my server are still at least 60-70% Sorcs and Assassins every game. I rerolled Republic specifically for this reason.

I think it's great the abuse healers are taking in warzones now. No more laughing at a solo dps trying to kill you, either get peels or get your face smashed. Overpowered healing is too faceroll in objective based pvp like swtor has, where simply being annoying and staying alive to break up caps is much more important then killing people.

I agree. Full BM geared Guardian here in full tanking spec, and still can get burnt down by 2 dps in 3 seconds. With that kind of survability might as well go dps and have the damage to show for it.

Not sure where you are coming from. Seems like every warzone I've been in as soon as I encounter my first group of enemies the medals start popping like a pinball machine. It's actually pretty funny.

PvP was Battlefield 3 now it's MW3. Yes I went there.

I've ran up to the ball in the opening of a Hutball match, throw out an aoe taunt, a force sweep and a few attacks you're already up to 4-5 medals. It's pretty stupid.

I thought the same thing unfortunately. This is by far the biggest patch this game has seen since it released. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it breaks the game for a solid day.

Pretty sad when people ask for trolling then get upset when they don't get it.

I have my merc and wz commendations both capped assuming i'll log on tomorrow to see that i have 2000 warzone commendations. Couldn't tell you for sure if that's what will happen though.
