To help players be able to attend events we post raid SignUps a month in advance so members can SignUp and reserve a spot as their schedule opens up. If your just starting out you may have a couple months before your raid ready though. FlashPoints are formed on the fly regularly throughout the week since they are smaller groups. We are a +10% guild on both Pub and Sith sides of the server. We have alot of players leveling alts and even a handful are working on their mains.
