  1. Cap out the defense tree, taking the skills that you'll NEED until you cap. I doubt that is too ambiguous if you have prior tanking experience. Of the vigilance tree, max out Swelling Winds and Improved Sundering Strike. Once defense tree is capped you can decide on how best to use the elective spec points you have remaining (i.e. strength or accuracy % increases via tree points).

  2. Has anyone noticed any particular stat capping out when viewed if an ability has been activated?

     

    As an example, my armor at the moment (L33) is providing a 43%+ damage reduction. I have an ability as a Jedi Guardian called Warding Call that reduces damage by 40%. When it is activated there is no noticeable amount change in the damage reduction percentage,

     

    However, with regard to dmg chance when saber ward is activated a percentage change visibly occurs.

     

    I wanted to start this forum with the idea that folks could post similar issues with regard to abilities and item values that conflict, or where a cap is present (for any class). I do not believe that at level 33 an ability combined with my armor amount should remove the bonus effects of an ability, as a tank in my case, or any other class.

     

    I hope a dev blogger can advise.
