Has anyone noticed any particular stat capping out when viewed if an ability has been activated? As an example, my armor at the moment (L33) is providing a 43%+ damage reduction. I have an ability as a Jedi Guardian called Warding Call that reduces damage by 40%. When it is activated there is no noticeable amount change in the damage reduction percentage, However, with regard to dmg chance when saber ward is activated a percentage change visibly occurs. I wanted to start this forum with the idea that folks could post similar issues with regard to abilities and item values that conflict, or where a cap is present (for any class). I do not believe that at level 33 an ability combined with my armor amount should remove the bonus effects of an ability, as a tank in my case, or any other class. I hope a dev blogger can advise.
