if you pve'rs are so sad about being ganked on what ever ice shelf it is go on the server forum for YOUR server and get your imperial police force ready, and also republic police force... i am sure there will be pvp players who dont mind protecting you as you go to and from quest areas... get your self a armed escort... better idea... you in PvE guild correct get your 16 man raid together what you use to do NIM EC (or your larger group you might use to do Section X) boss on max difficulty to do the quest and then invite friends who want to do quest... ... team of operatives would do fine aswell... or assassins just focus target and get a good healer

correct i play PVP on my vanguard (no pve gear at all) as a main, and PVE as a main on my operative raffes, but it only took me a week to get my full Warhero gear so ill be taking him to event aswell i like to be involved so i do everything i prefer pvp so i am so happy event for this ... but i do understand the point of view of the 100% pve crowd saying, why are their NPC's in a pvp area. i played LOTR online back in the day the Events which codemasters organized (what use to be EU side lotro) well they use to put NPC's into the Ettenmoors, even GM's use to play as *trolls + **rangers with a few million health and then they tried new things with the balrog of morgoth and the free peoples and monster players trying to kill it together... during these type of the event there was no ganking because the GM's from CM was the target ... when they died all hell broke loose and they was so much fun... and i think you find on lotro there is no cross team talk *=this does not include the normal players who used 5k destiny points with the outnumbered buffs **=same as above you never know this could be the test for the servers to see if a Dev from BW can play as a Jedi or sith (maybe even a AT-AT) to see if they can get good old real Pvp ... ofc i dropped of topic .. this is a Gree starship but i am to expect unexpected

you dont have to fight back ... get a guild group and just stick together 1 Ganker will not attack 4 campaign geared players he will lose (he will lose vs 2 most of the time )

i hate pugging lost island and prob will never pug it again i dont know what a sorc does there but my operative can do it easily (he must use toxic scan on incin dots if he dont your dead (unless assassin tank) it sounds like it is your fault and dps if you have let 3 dots get on you. my guild runs max 1 dot easily healed through, 5 dots is not likely (norm 4 is a wipe but if happens) use toxic scan instant aoe and dot heals, if he still alive tell him (you) to pop cool downs and pay attention next time while your getting your introductions up if your 4-6k crit heals if they don't crit tank should be at 19k health at least by the time incin drops again now i was speaking like i am towards a healer... but your tank you should know there rotation in case they dont tip to dps ... keep aggro of healer i norm run with sorc and me being opeartive i stick to his back side while he is killing adds with storm lightning ... doing with 2 mara's is never easy more work for healer incase of a incin fail because you could have 3 people with incinerate dot on them but get heal them last they are not important (if a dps dies early don't rez him it is possible to do with just a sorc dps and a operative healer (my guild leader and my self knocked the last 45% health of him) save the rez for final 15% and put on the tank i say 15% not likely to wipe if you made it that far with only 2 people

for pve imo you only need your 3 main skills and and your interrupt keybinded but on my pve assassin i have 28 keybinds and works much better than she ever did when only have my 3 main and my interrupt (i have a razer naga mouse (18 mouse buttons so i am using that every single programmable button i can ))

i use to take my trooper inside imp base, it is still possible

if defense adrenal do not accept! it makes a life changing difference (example my vanguard will only get hit 40 hp on auto attacks (world pvp vs full warhero sharpshooter sniper and 200 on some minor induction skills) if i pop all cooldowns and adrenal defense)
