Grey Order is looking for people highly interested in end-game PvE content. Our current progress is Denova NiM 4/4 for 8ppl, and at the moment we do have a spot for a good RDD in the 1st Ops, the second raid needs someone like that too. same thing happened to us yesterday (TFB HM 8 man). And I personaly do not think its working as designed. Lookes like bug. On the second phase we just stayed and dps the boss instead of killing spheres

do you have each person killed a little probe of his corresponding color flying around ? that gives a character a buff and prevents you from dying on the second phase
