thanks well problems is everytime it appears for private speaking it dissappear soon as i start moving,then same as for wanting to speak on my ship

I Have this problem with companions wanting to speak with me in private or on the ship but when i make it to the ship it dissappear that they want to speak with me. Any reason why?
