  1. Dye modules in the Cartel Market need a tooltip explaining they are a one-time purchase. I never use the forums; therefore, would not be informed otherwise that a purchase of a dye module is a one time deal. Ended up using the dye module I purchased on a random armor piece with the expectation that it would end up in my Collections. This leads me to my next one... Add a tooltip for sets in the Cartel Market to explain that ALL items in the set need to be equipped first in order for it to be unlocked in your Collections. I made the mistake of only using a couple of pieces from an armor set for a look I was achieving and deleted the rest not knowing it was not in my Collections afterwards. I needed a ticket and thankfully customer service was willing to unlock it for me, preventing me from wasting more currency just to get it again. In truth, the items should not need to be equipped to unlock in your Collections. This creates an unfortunate opportunity for the player to be at a loss and/or the unnecessary and avoidable need to bother Customer Service. Oh, and some dye modules are too expensive to be a one-time purchase/download AND one-time use.
  2. Is it really that big of a deal? How game breaking is it? Its not like its a hilt where their base damage would rocket through the roof. And its only in one slot. They aren't making it possible to put low lvl chars in lv 50 gear. Its only a "boost" in 1 stat (cri, power, endurance or expertise) that starts to scale down the higher level they become. What would be wrong with a minor boost in lower lvls? May as well not give xp or valor boosts to prevent people from lvling faster and getting more powerful sooner than someone who doesn't have the boosts !
  3. SANCTUM OF THE EXALTED FEROCITY A Republic faction guild with an alternate Empire faction guild. Mission Our mission is to fashion friendships to help facilitate a fun and enjoyable experience in the different aspects of the game while maintaining a casual atmosphere that is welcoming to all types of players. Vision Our goal is to build a guild large enough to excel in the different areas of the game as well as having a good foundation of members that are available at any time to enjoy the game with others. Concurrently, we shall remain small enough to maintain a strong sense of value amongst our members. Values -Involve members in decision-making. -Provide quality assistance and services to all. -Be innovative and strive for excellence. -We are ethical and accountable. -We value our members. Sanctum of the Exalted is considered a casual guild with opportunities for more invested players to earn higher ranks, responsibilities or leadership roles. Members are not expected to play long hours; although, those who wish to play significantly are more than welcome. We are a mature guild with the primary base of our players being young adults (averaging between ages 24-32). We are very understanding that members work and have families so our number one priority is: Life. Then we enjoy the game when time permits! As we are on a role-playing server, we welcome those who are interested in doing so; although, it is not a requirement to join. Membership Requirements & Expectations Our members will abide by Sanctum of the Exalted Guild Rules and Expectations. -As a representative of the guild, you are expected to behave in a respectful manner to other members, allies and the community. We must take pride in who we are. -Be mindful of other players and their efforts to complete their tasks. Do not jump their kills, steal their objectives, and do not hesitate to lend a helping hand if you see their need for it. If you share similar quests/objectives, it does not hurt to invite them to complete the task together. -Offensive behavior and language is prohibited in public chat. Amongst friends, you will be allowed to speak freely and comfortably in guild chat, party chat, whispers, so long as you do not anticipate offending anyone. If using mature language on our vent server, please be mindful of members who have children and are not using headsets. It is greatly encouraged to own a headset and filter vent chat through headset speakers for personal listening. -Members are expected to maintain activity. This includes participating on the forum/website and logging on, at least, on a weekly basis. If a member is planning on taking an extended leave of absence, please utilize the forum to inform other guild members (especially your officers) that you will be gone for a certain number of days. -Guild members are encouraged to play either faction to their liking. Membership Bonuses By joining Sanctum of the Exalted, members will receive the following: -A forum to communicate and interact with our members, out-of-game. It is useful in sharing knowledge, planning events, getting to know one another, or sharing interests! -Voice chat! Sanctum of the Exalted currently utilizes Ventrilo voice communication services. It is the most efficient way to communicate while playing so it is greatly encouraged to participate! -Knowledge and feedback on the game. Leaders of this guild invest time to figure out how play this game effectively. By joining the guild, you have available, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable people who can help you build and play the kind of character to your liking as well as experience the different parts of the game. -As our roster continues to grow, routinely scheduled events will be created and open to all members. This will include running Flashpoints, Operations, participating in PvP action or simply having casual role-playing experiences. -Empire action! As a member, you will be invited to join our Empire-side guild for any alternate Empire characters you wish to create. Our Empire-side guild is expected to have much less activity than our primary guild and is created for mere enjoyment of our opposing faction. -Access to crafts, skills and discovered items. Sanctum of the Exalted is currently building a variety of crafters to meet our players' needs. All crafted and found items are free to members who have good standing in the guild. 4. i THINK we should ALL type some words in CAPS so it EMPHASIZES our POINT BETTER. Bottom line is... everyone had plenty of time to move to a destination server and while it may suck to feel FORCIBLY moved, it was for the better...for future of this game. Mostly everyone already went through the pain of having to change names/legacies the first time around. Much fewer were subject to that this time since there were far less people who stayed behind on abandoned servers who were praying for the ability to choose a server to transfer to. Unfortunately, the force gods did not hear them and consolidation is what happened. I'm happy I did not have to change any character names this time around and only a couple of characters had to be renamed during the first phase of transfers, but nothing too disheartening. I'm also glad I got to get my old legacy name back!
  5. Guardian mods more than likely are just item drops or can be found in purchasable commendation gear. It should not be a big deal leveling with the mods you can craft. I did it with my Vanguard using the +power mods and did just fine. Heck it's probably better that way so you don't take even longer to kill stuff (absent that power bonuses).
  6. You are right. I just checked. Guess they just made it simple in the leveling stages. For defensive stats, enhancements is what you use. Mods are for your power. *shrug*
  7. I believe you are right on Cybertechs not having any Guardian Mods (or any tank mods for the matter). There are Tank Armoring schematics. If anything, your best bet is to just purchase the mods with planetary commendations. They are only 2 commendations per MOD (whereas hilts, barrels, and armorings are 7). Just spend a little while doing quests and you should be able to afford putting tank mods in whatever gear you can modify.
  8. The people who want to advance quickly would still want their right clicking so that can begin the conversations as fast as they can click. It'd suck if you have to stand and pause for a second or two before you are able to speak with the NPC. On a side note, what if one is not ready to speak to the NPC? or there are two NPCs to speak to side-by-side? Which one takes priority? Oh the problems with automatic features can go on and on!
  9. I bought the schematic from the daily commendation vendor. It used to be only red and blue, now there is green.
  10. You could put a different server on your search on the quiz. Try Sanctum of the Exalted! Even though its an rp server, you don't necessarily have to rp, but it's there if you are interested in it.
  11. This post doesn't explain facts of the matter. Maxed out pvp gear vs maxed out pvp gear or beginner pvp gear or somewhere in the middle? Skilled player vs skilled or non-skilled player? I personally think totally balancing classes is dumb. Rock > scissors > paper > rock.... unless you have dynamite > all!
