While that's perfectly valid, I feel like it's a really pessimistic view of it. First off, you're a raider. HM FP's aren't tuned for raiders, as far as I know.
They're a step before the SM ops (or at least were when I was last playing before 2.0), and as such, drop worse gear. So, while there's no real reason for you, many people won't have the gear to do beyond them, and so FP loot to them isn't that bad.
Also, some of the worst players aren't being bad intentionally. I can't tell you how many times I've said all of two sentences to a bad player, and suddenly they play ten times better.
No it's not gonna happen all the time, but when it does, it's nice to see, and often the players that take advice to heart (constructive advice, not "omg you suck stop queueing") will continue to use that advice, making the life of every tank / healer / dps they come across better because of it.
I'd rather look at it like this: When I queue as a tank, I'm signing up to lead a potentially bad group through an FP. This way, when the group isn't bad, I'm pleasantly surprised, and, if it is bad, I was prepared for it and don't need to get all bent out of shape over someone being dumb.
I'll simply suggest a way for them to improve, and if that's either completely ignored or I get a snarky comment back, I'll ignore and never have to deal with them again.
