  1. I would much rather have Warzones, then not. I love WPVP, but if that means forcing people into it, I'm not up for that, I don't want to fight some guy who didn't want to be a part of WPVP, it's upto us ot make WPVP happen, we need to actually do it. Nobody is denying it. If you can't find anyone to fight, it's obviously not a big interest for it, if we all go this big desire to do it, why aren't we? There is no barrier here, nothing that keeps us apart. But I don't think it's possible, if you want WPVP don't roll Sith Assassin, like sooo many % of the playerbase do, you can't pvp one faction. Go roll Jedi Shadow instead.
  2. CU I could handle somewhat, NGE was so terrible that I quit after two days, but before the CU, this might have been the best MMO to date.
  3. I love how they do it. Now i don't need to do pvp to get to kill a mob in a starter zone. Letting all what? 900k in the US in at the same time, and what? More then 900k in the EU in at the same time, you can probably see the chaos your self.
  4. Advantage on exactly what ? This is an MMORPG... story driven.. afraid someone will experience the story before you? Sure, let's call for a character wipe on that. Afraid someone will get world first before you? buhu. No character wipe will ever be done for any early access program, that is the point of EGA, you get to clean out the starting zones for one, so people don't need to wait behind 3000 other players trying to kill the same mob as you.
  5. Your work account, right? Just in case you need a different game at work hu? Sounds good For the rest, You really think the news site aren't aware that this is a very smooth launch till now? With very few issues it seems? Stop being blind and thinking your special, the launch is going just as planned, the game isn't launched yet, so if they keep 90% of their fans out at the 20th... come back and we might have something to talk about. Right now your just blind, selfish, and clueless. And for the guy who said they are in the middle and can't defend it, your the once that should defend it, as you probably don't want starting areas with 2000 players in them. Just saying. You got the fans, (those are the once that knows everything that have been going on since the game was announced, and knows nothing bad is done here beside not getting to play, which sucks, but it's okey) Then you got the middle guys, the once who want a smooth fun first time experience, where you don't need to stand in ques to kill a mob, since the areas are so swamped with players(you can't add more servers to avoid this, then the servers would be empty when you get about 3 days into the launch) who should be really happy about how this is done. Then you got the 15 year old kids, who think they are first in line, in something that haven't even been released yet, or the once that bought the CE and think they should get special treatment, who ***** and whine, but get's hopefully ignored by Bioware and do get ignored by the major part of the community. They think they know better then Bioware, and can't see much longer then their own toes while they whine and cry for not being able to play a game that haven't even launched yet, and call it a terrible launch. Then we got the media, they seem to know whats going on, and everything is going smooth, and nothing is wrong, while a lot of them enjoy the game streaming it on there site while playing it, and not crying. Obviously it must be a terrible launch hu?
  6. No media mentions anything negative about this yet, only inpatient kids do. They haven't done anything wrong, why would they get any media attention at all for this beside it going good? I think your drunk, and pulling things out of the thin air. @buckingmonkey You must be even more drunk, there is no fiasco here, only fiasco here is the stupidity of the player base, which think they know better then Bioware, and that is the only issue here. Yes, we all wanna play, and we will all get to play. We're not even on the 15th, which was the date first announced, stop whining, crying and ************, you got zero ground for it. Yeah... we've all seen how greatly supported NCsoft games have been for an example hu? Big games, that will bring more content, won't be F2P, since the F2P and micro lolstion is a joke.
  7. Disadvantage? Let's remove the whole early access then shall we and just open it up on the 20th and have 200.000 players at the starting zones? Sounds like a great idea. They way they are doing this is by far the best way they can. People need to stop thinking they got a clue. Because, you don't. Bioware knows how to handle this way better then any of us, and better then any of us EVER will. Just stop the crying and let the 20th be a great launch instead of a que time, yawn fest, impossible starting zones fest. No thanks, do what they are doing, and be happy it's coming out soon.
  8. Well, don't take my word for it, but that's what I'd assume. I've played a lot of MMO's on day one and in the early access of other games, and they've been horrible. I rather not play, then play, if playing means waiting in que to kill a mob So to not ruin a first impression for a lot of players, I guess they want it smooth, in all ways possible.
  9. I'm not in the game my self yet, but Imma give them an A, the game isn't out for 6 days, and still people get to play, they even upped those 5 days to make it even smoother. People crying is probably people who haven't gotten in yet. And that, is the only reason they cry. Bioware seem to have done a good job, and still got 6 days till the final grading, anything up till the 20th, doesn't really matter, at all. Roll in period is roll in. I'm waiting to get invite at some point, and I'll be happy when I do, I payed no extra to pre order, and it said up to 5 days when I did, so if i get in the 19th, I'll get a bit disappointed, not really at Bioware, but the fact that I didn't pre order earlier.
  10. Got a feeling a lot of those players are quiet busy with.. you know.
  11. http://www.swtor.com/server-status Every server, light, just a few that is Standard. But right now isn't the best time to check, as it's 09:16 in europe and whatever in the US. However, looking at the EU servers, most of yesterday, they was light to Standard. Before they changed this list, most of the US servers said Heavy or Full tho, when they changed it to this new server status page yesterday, the heavy, i assume changed to standard. I'm not sure about that tho, but it that's how it seemed, the limit of being full seemed to be upped, as i only saw one with the brand heavy. Also, I'm not complaining, just looking and waiting. I was a bit late on pre order, like 1st of September or sumthing. But it's seems like they are making it pretty smooth for most new players, I guess one of the things they look at, is not overflooding the starting areas, and not only what the servers can handle.
  12. Think what you want, the random facesmash don't give a f about what key game play of wow made me leave it, i used to like it, back when you had to CARE of what you did. This game is now better, as the combat system in wow is flawed at it's core, and this don't have a auto attack = win. All i need to say why I left wow in mid Wrath, got back, nothing had changed, left, and been waiting to play here since then. For the hours I've played, this is superior to wow in every possible way.
