I have a question dealing with this talent. LN states that it increases the duration of Crushing darkness by Y amount of seconds CD states that it does X amount of damage over Y seconds Does this mean that CD will do less damage per tick but tick for Y seconds longer or Does this mean that CD will do the same damage per tick but tick for Y seconds longer If the first is correct, then why would anyone want to do the same damage, but drag it out over a longer period of time. It would seem that you would want any DoT to do as much damage in the shortest amount of time. Any reply would help, and thank you in advance.
