That's what my agent wears. You can normally find it on the GTN. I think there's a black version of this called Ablative Lacquerous Vest which is crafted, but I've only seen it on a male character so I don't know for sure what it looks like on a female character.

My husband teased me so much after my agent hit 50 and the first thing I decided to do was make another one so I could marry Vector AFTER I finished the class story. >.>

Do you have Ensign Temple yet? Make sure to fully deck her out, then you should be able to kill things before they kill you (for the most part). Alternatively, I see a lot of snipers using Scorpio, so I would assume she works well for dps OPs as well. I don't know for sure, since I'm medic spec so all I do is have Vector kill everything while I heal him.

Are you gearing her correctly? Around level 30-ish (I think) she really needs to start having things like defense and shield absorb stats.

You may want to refer to it as orange gear, or modable gear since I'm pretty sure only WoW people would understand "legendary gear". As to the answer for your question: sorry, I really don't remember if you get any orange weapon from Hoth. I got most my guns from flashpoints and thus never really made notice of if a quest gave me one.

I was level 42 when I finished Voss class quests (didn't do world quests). Was able to solo everything as a heal spec OP with Vector tanking except for the very last guy (gold star I think, probably could have killed him except for the fact that he was so high level that I couldn't actually land a hit >.<). I wouldn't suggest being that low unless you enjoy a challenge. I was having fun using all my CC abilities that I never need when things are my level. >.>

I would have to agree and disagree with you. From hanging out in the Business College's breakroom, I know you can't go 30minutes without the stock news channel mentioning SWTOR at least once, but Bioware can only influence the stock so much, since it's not Bioware stock, it's EA stock. This is shown by the fact that SWTOR is doing pretty well (record breaking starting subscriptions, higher than average account retention, etc) and yet EA stock is still going down because of the company's other choices. (note: was going down last I heard, haven't gone and checked just this moment)

But they're a business, not a politician. Businesses care about money. A vocal minority can be as loud as it wants as long as the silent majority still pays. Though seriously, I think all they need to do is add an internal flag for any same-sex romance conversation options, a toggle in options that lets you turn it off/on, and a parental control setting toggle that also let's you turn it off but unable to turn on without the parental settings password. Then everyone would be happy.

From personal experience, Vector(IA) is the best imo. Quinn(sith warr) was a close second Aric Jorgan(trooper) is a pretty cute romance too. Doc(jedi knight?) and Torian(BH) look pretty cute from what I've seen on youtube, haven't played their romance in game though. I watched all of Corso's romance on youtube, and wasn't impressed. Half the time he'd start to say something good then cut himself off and say something like "I can't do it. I can't just treat you like some hutt slave dancer". Which in turn, is him calling me as bad as a hutt slave dancer since I was liking where it was going before he decided to go all noble. So now I'm dissapointed and insulted. lol

It's not just men interested in fem/fem romance that fall into the category of "wanting same-sex romance". For example, I didn't buy Mass Effect for years even though my husband constantly tried to convince me I would like it, because after he said "you can romance your crew" first thing I asked was "can I be guy and get with the guy characters?" When he said no, I lost all interest in the game. It wasn't until AFTER I started playing SWTOR that I finally started playing Mass Effect, when my husband pointed out that all my favorite parts of SWTOR are what he's been trying to tell me I'd like about ME. >.< (I even have male characters already made, waiting for when they actually add the same-sex romances in SWTOR. >.>) Yeah, there will be people who will try to make a big deal about it, but last I heard, national polls overall favor people either being for or indifferent to same-gender marriage IRL, which I assume would carry over to same-gender romance in a video game.

Surgical probe only needs a tactical advantage to cast. Kolto probe ticks all have a chance to grant tactical advantage (talented). Cast kolto probe on everyone in range = lots of tactical advantage procs. There's probably an internal cd, but it's pretty short. With kolto probe on enough people you can pretty much spam surgical probe.

I've heard you can get a kiss. I have no idea if that's true since I never saw it. (I feel the need to give extra warning, major spoilers below)

Yeah, I never needed a tank companion as a healer. I even did all my Voss class quests as a level 42 with Vector tanking everything and me just spam healing him (Voss is like lvl 45-47).

I think the preferred companion is Temple just from the sheer amount of aoe dmg she can pull. Personally I always use Vector, but I'm a bit biased.

The story seemed so much better, I get to be a Chiss, and <3 the companions (especially Vector ).

No same-sex romance options at this time.

I always just went for skill as a healer. Not sure about a dps OP.

I have my Vector wear the social gear from Alderaan. It's a bit over the top though, but I think he looks good in a cape. >.>

Did you know she helps out the jedi knight companion Doc? Makes a cameo in one of the jedi knight romance cutscenes. So, pretty sure she's not even loyal to the empire.
