it's not really a design flaw that some of the deep vigilance talents are bad in PvP--it just means you should be using a more hybrid spec as for master strike, not every ability has to be useful in PvP

I've only played 2 other MMOs, and this one is pretty comparable the questing/leveling is really the only thing that stands out

force stasis makes this a lot easier--he doesn't have very much health, so he drops quite fast with kira beating on him in stasis -

yeah, I think vigilance might be the way to go for PvP just because of the immunity after force leap it helps a lot -

"learning to play" won't give you key PvP abilities at a low level I don't have an opinion about PvP in this game, because low level PvP is never balanced but people saying "ROFL BOLSTERED LEVEL 10 IS EQUAL TO LEVEL 50 L2P" are moronic

when people say stuff like this, you know they're either playing against terribles or are delusional I don't know what class you play, but at level 10 I didn't even have my interrupt gl competing with people who have theirs

tanks seem like they'll be quite useful in organized PvP they support effectively with taunt and guard, but also require some support to be good

I don't believe in judging PvP before max level, but pretending that outleveling someone gives a "slight" advantage is silly depending on the level difference, it can give a huge difference. Who cares if you have similar stats when you lack key abilities and skills?

since you get xp from doing warzones, twinks wouldn't last very long

yeah, I have the same issue on my guardian animation is choppy and takes forever to complete

having lengthy animations is okay in some games (like DOTA) because you can cancel the animation if you can't cancel it, it should be pretty much instant I really hope bioware addresses this, because it makes the game quite uncomfortable to play for people who like to be in control of their character.

yeah, I think this happens with every class. Animations often seem really buggy, and I think that they end up actually delaying when the spell goes off.

sometimes when I spam an instant ability, the animation will start, then keep restarting, and then finally go off. It seems like this delays the actual ability, but it could just appear that way. I haven't actually timed it, so I can't say for sure anyone else have this problem?

bolstering doesn't put you on equal footing with higher level players

compare the damage of riposte+sundering strike to damage of bladestorm I'm betting riposte+sundering strike does more damage, and takes less focus in general, riposte is good in PvP, especially when you have a lot of focus and you want to dump it. It allows you to burst harder than the GCD normally allows

I would prefer animations to be unlinked from damage would make the gameplay a lot smoother

I do feel some weird delay occasionally--and some stuttering animations, but I'm not sure these things are actually not instant need to spend more time to get a feel for it

no, I play a guardian guardian can be specced to have a lot of CC (defense tree) you get: push back and 2 second stun AOE 6 second mez 2 second stun on force leap non-channeled 3 second stun with stasis 4 second stun NO CC AT ALL I'm sure your response will be "BUT I PUT EVERY POINT IN VIGILANCE WHERE IS MY CC"
