    Community Manager replied here that looking into this problem. Reply was made less than 30mins before your msg so i hope that they update within Couple hrs that will they apply Fix Patch later today or tomorrow @ Noon Eu GMT +2 time. That's why GMT +2 as it's the latest timezone in Eu and they usually suffer the most with patching / long maintenances. Esp. as Swtor tech crew is using Austin Texas timezone for doing those things when their HQ is there and only there. I know companies that still treat EU supporters equally even if have HQ only in NA.

     

    Can only hope that Swtor crew does the same or at least close this year. Been a subber for 4x years so seen the good old days and past 1,5y of Simplifying the Content down to Pit called as Pit of Simplification & no sweat for Character Progression.   2. Conquest Launcher bugged, please fix right away. Oricon is up this week and my guild needs this planet. You messed with schedule where we couldn't get last time it was up. Please fix this today. Not waiting for patch next week

     

    Yes that would be very good if Fix coming today 2.2.2016 or tomorrow wednesday & then to put the time remaining on Conquest to right time & let it finish normally. Doubt it would happen as seen the work so far with these Week long Event Bugs Tech Crew Usually abandons the smooth time Fix. Fixed within same day or next like it should be done in Mmo's. I know from past experience that events that are longer than one day have been fixed within max 2x days & often on same day. If Conquest won't be fixed for soon like it should be done "On same day or next" then i won't be much online this week & i know ppl who do the same as Cq is big reason to some for staying online.

     

    Now the Sad outcome for this might be happening and that's Tech Ppl just focusing on releasing bug free short Kotfe chapter that's coming Feb 9th for early access & 11th for all. Hopefully won't won't be like that & Devs would focus on finally bringing balanced matchmaking, new maps that have immersion & new ship to Galactic Starfighter. Was launched almost 2x years & not long after that it was forgotten and put upto shelf.

     

    2x new 4vs4 Pvp Arena's & then after that to put them to own separate Que wouldn't be bad either. Also Cross-Server a.k.a Realm Que would be great addition as then would see more new adventurers. Not same faces & esp. if have ppl who rush things & don't listen advices then things become more compliated after ignoring them & not seeing new faces and possibly friendly ones who wanna learn by listening others or checking guides.

     

    Cross-Server Que for Ground Pvp & Space Pvp & also to Operations would be nice. I rarely use Silly lazy mode Grp Finder tool for Ops, but in general Cross-Server Que for that would be good idea. Ofc not fan of Storymode "Softmode" Ops'ing.

     

    Hopefully Tech Crew fixes this today in evening or tomorrow giving Fix Patch like things should be done. Wish good week for you and everyone else :)

  3. Helloez Star Wars the Old Republic Tech Crew.

     

    Seems that Planetary Conquest Launch for this 1st week of February is bugged. The Red Eclipse Pve Realm in Europe. This is 2nd or 3rd time for this to happen if not mistaken. Hopefully now on this week u take this in control and apply a fix maybe today 2.2.2016 or for tomorrow. Won't be fun if Fix canceled and You just wait for next week when New Kotfe Chapter a.k.a "Single Player mode adventuring :/" arrives. Last time when this Bug happened fix did't come @ all on the week it was broken. Please do things differently and meaning that how things should be handled :)

     

    Here's a pic what show's the EU GMT +2 time and what is being shown on Conquest Tab @ Mission Journal. Conquest was meant to reset @3pm & then being able to choose the target to aim for. Brightness on Pic not so high while in Old Republic, but for the pic it goes that high & don't know why. Struggling with using less brightness on desktop, but it also reduces it for Swtor & that no fun esp. as Swtor's gamma control not made properly. http://i.imgur.com/eZS77yK.jpg

     

    I've been a subber since launch and really regret for being one the past 1,5y years cause of huge simplification on many Area's. Esp. @ 4.0 patch arrival and it can be considered to be one of the biggest Nerf Hammering Patch In Mmo history. Y maybe not biggest, but close of being one. Companions lost their Uniqueness & esp. some of them are just the same as all others now. There r no unique "out of the masses" companions anymore & everyone is almost unstoppable Terminator machine. When it comes to Dmg Dealing, Healing Wounds or taking Hits as Tank mode. Y i always toggle off 1-2x dmg dealing abilities from every companion to make it closer to good days before ruining happened :) Not using Healz comp & some r in Tanky mode, but also need to toggle some abilities off from them.

     

    Also the watering down of Storymode a.k.a Softmode Operations was just dazing move for Mmo Veteran Adult gamer to see & No Doubt for many other Mmo veterans. Also even for many who r freshies on Genre. Also the mind boggling simplification done for Planetary "also on Moons" Hc Missions is unbelievable.. To put them all in one Terminal @ Fleet. Yaiks :D :/ Even if being outside the Starport @ Terminal like they also are would've been enough. No ofc had to put all to one terminal on fleet so ppl just use miracle shuttle to fly to Hc Mission entrance from fleet x)

     

    I'm not using those silly Hc Mission shuttles so always tell that 1st when someone asks me to join to do them. As they will use them & won't be having fun with me when i use good old ways to travel & i don't @ all for doing them alone heh :p

     

    Wish good safe spring & year 2016 for the whole staff :)

  4. I just ran the Battle for Ilum in Solo Mode for both the Ilum quest chain and to earn my conquest points, and it counted for the quest chain, but I didn't receive any conquest points. I remember earlier on in this expansion that the Solo Modes weren't counting, but I thought that had been fixed.

     

    Y it's not meant to add contribution. Shame that there's no text: "Silly very lazy Solo mode doesn't" added to Objective's description on CQ Tab. Wish you nice times @ Old Republic and elsewhere.

    When click on News Console that's floating in front of departure entrance @ Fleet then video feed comes and after that u get small Rep token, but no mission is given. You get note that "This Event is Not Active" :( Many have noticed and said about this not working for them. Please fix. Also prevents for having Cq pts via event cause can't go down to caves and takedown cutie Eyeless.

This shameful community caring & how Devs work when it comes to some important area's development :/ GSF development was stopped at early fall 2014 & at late spring 2015 some GSF Dev said that hey what u think of SF ship ? Trololz.. :( Since late summer 2014 upto summer 2015 & even further there's been activity on General discussion, Here Suggestions Box & in GSF Forum page about how it could be improved & so on. Some amazing posts been made.. Sometimes so hard to see logic in how Swtor's Eaware crew operates. :o:(

     

    If not mistaken there wasn't even announcement about new Ops that's said to arrive in spring 2016 on this 1.12.2015 Livestream.. Not even sneaky peaky to show Concept Art or anything. Also no GSF development teaser as it was said earlier this autumn that some Development is coming to GSF on spring 2016. Sub bonuses, sub promo, new comp and HK statue. anything actually good? Didn't seem to be. No announcements about long waited things.

     

    Not even news when Swtor's small GSF Dev team is allowed to work again with GSF. After they were moved to work to other area's. Maybe were sent to work with simplifying the Story Mode content as it has seemed to be Dev's target of interest for past 2+ years. With large Simplifying hammer for past 1,5years :/ Swtor's Crew will take time with care much as possible now upto mid of January at least cause of EW's HQ located at heavily Religious zone. Austin, Texas & as we know that Xmas is Religious holiday "aren't they all heh" :( Like was said in 1.12.2015 Livestream that new Chapters start to flow in @ Feb. Sure it's understandable, but before that would be nice to have info about Ops, New Arena, GSF Updates & Improvement "Finally since 2014" and so on.

     

    For us who want to see new Warzone map(s) & like 1-2 new separate 4vs4 Arena's & some who want Arena's to be on separate Que past time has been Sad :/ Heard many say when logged into client & said everywhere that want Separate Arena's Que. Naturally would be nice after 1-2x new Arena's given. Wayy too big fuzz on this so called "big" Livestream that came 1.12 or at least by the Devs cause of such title used & news given.     Thoughts about missing "some basic" Mmo features at end of 2015.

    Still missing lock chat window, browse targets "ppl" u whispered with since previous login "with Tab Key for example. Only now at Kotfe expansion came basic Mmo ability which is to Whisper via Guild window. Cheers for Dev(s) who brought that suggested idea finally to Meeting table :) 2016 approaching & No Cross Realm Que for Ground & Space Pvp "GSF" :( Also still after 4x years there are no Clickable Chairs or Couches even at Most Popular Capital or other planet(s) Cantina's.. :( Only personal Ships have them & that's very sad. Company that focuses for Storytelling so much shouldn't throw such Fine feature down to ditch.

     

    Also no rewarding from World Pvp takedown. Used to be y, but was removed & really not that hard to put it into Star Wars: The Old Republic. Many Mmo Vets & fresh adventurers would be Happy with that common Mmo Pvp feature. Pvp Server's have lost big part of their meaning cause of no rewarding from Wpvp takedown. No matter the location where it happens as is common in Mmo's with Pvp Realm. 2016 coming & still missing that :(

  8. Swtor has been going more into SP Rpg direction & seems that going more @ Kotfe expansion. Scaling up vanilla era Ops for Kotfe makes no difference and it's a lack of creativity on that area as not giving fresh new Ops like Sor did and Ravagers had great music and cool atmosphere in general. Even was too straightforward / linear, but entertaining with nice dialogue's and music and Bossy encounters were good as well. Not going to Temple of Sacrifice as that was mixed bag mostly. Some good on it sure.

     

    Also more Solo mode Fp's coming @ Kotfe where Terminator killer droid is beating up all with no sweat forming up for the solo adventurer. That is one more reason to rename Swtor Mmorpg to semi Sp Rpg. Swtor been turned more and more into Simplified hand helding / effortless gameplay :/ for about 1,5y now and continued heavily at launch of 3.0 :/ It's 2015 and some BASIC MMO Features like whisper to guildie via GUILD Window no matter the distance is missing.

     

    At least one more Important basic Mmo feature missing is: change whisper target with TAB key IF whispered to more than 1x after previous login. :/[/color] I've heard rumor that effortless / dumped down gameplay / char progression would fade away and SWTOR would turn more into GOOD OLD days like IT used to be, but after seen how little EW releases info about Kotfe and and for what seen already really doubt it would happen. . Will see and hope that it happens and shame that this effortless period has come into picture and lasted this long time :/

    Haha always loved how Sad Corporate way Eaware's staff is speaking and often failing to deliver how Mmo should have things made. Eric y is chilled community manager and often did focus on ppl in Twitch chat long time ago, but also many times just makes sad announcements like Pvp is totally balanced "ranked one espesially" and no problems there. <-- Yep :DWould be even funnier if say that Galactic Starfighter has proper well made Matchmaking tool and experienced pilots and well pimped ships are being put against each other and for rookies the same :p I hope that crew that was working with GSF has got something to do on this 9+ months time when GSF hasn't got now love. Just being another feature added and then dumped at bottom of dark pit :/

     

    Yes something about this topic: Hopefully "distant dream i know" EW adds the Cross-Server que for GSF and for Ground Pvp at least. No need for silly lazy mode GF tool with Pve espesially on highly populated servers. GSF is being active on highly populated servers, but many rookies quit it faster than eye can blink cause of not having proper matchmaking and tutorial is half baked cake. For me it was enough though and always trying to encourage rookie pilots to stay and keep having battles and advice them a bit. Kotfe not bringing new Ops and many SP RPG content added like Solo Mode Fp's.. Sad. Wish good new week for everyone and nice gaming in whatever product that is :)

Your use of colour, especially mid paragraph, is pretty obnoxious and only compounds what is already a difficult text to decipher.

    Hello there Old Republic adventurer and ty for your interest for this post about bad feedback and asking for changes to make adventurers better. Adventurer since launch asking and has seen good old early times and these latest sad close to 1x year simplification times. Sad way by devs to change product into effortless no work required adventure. Reason for using color is only to make Devs see the most important area's on the post and if hard to read for you then it's ok cause suggestions box post's are meant for Devs. Ty for your opinion though nice to see ppl who focus on official forums and whether they're new adventurers or Veterans.

    Who cares? For someone so 'experienced' you seem to be missing the mark on alot (of what i can comprehend) of points - 12xp for example has been something greatly desired and applauded by most users. The ability to turn it off was also regarded as listening to, and catering for, both sides of the fence. Also more craftables, and use for crafting, has been asked for ad nausiem - not sure why you would want less crafting options?

     

    The whole thing seems to be a convoluted request for more PvP, no 12xp and more RP functions?

    Having Mmo career long as it started in 2004 and adventured in manyyy Mmo products i've noticed how Mmo community has turned more and more into Lazy pack of sheep's who want things to be more effortless and to have faster bling bling for them. SO naturally big part of Swtor's community loves this very silly so called epic story 12xp boost that has broken gameplay quite a bit. Ppl not having lowbie Fp's via lazy silly mode Grp finder as much would without it being available & many adventure to 55 with dat silly boost and if they come to instanced pvp then they're just cannon fodder and ruining gameplay experience for many. Sure semi smart Sub increase move, but not necessarily 100% smart. Even more sad is that Devs often go down on their knee's not long after 1st few simplification requests's and start dumping down. Without thinking the opinion of mature adventurer's who want to see work for their char lvl proggression and proggression elsewhere. "No matter what area..Raid or Operation like is said in Swtor" or just in outdoor's @ Char lvl proggression and giving silly xp boosting and simplifying combat.

     

    Silly gamebreaking 12xp can be turned off only for 8hrs at a time and it begins already from lvl 1 which is bad like i mentioned in post. Yes more craftables after 55 was given and that simplified acquiring mods etc. and it was good and not good, but more good than bad move by devs. Like i said at 1st post that founding devs should've created less craftables for launch of the product and not new ones available for each lvl. Just simply pointless it was and that design time could've been used better for example giving some basic Mmo features or smoothing down animation bugs etc. Oh well it's happened too late now and i didn't requrest more Pvp, but just Pvp improvements. This 3.3 Pvp "update" was small slap of warm hand for Pvp community and not really a hug like should've been. Can be counted out so still Pvp hasn't had love for a loong long time.

    Many veteran Mmo fans still hoping for better No matter how much EW is taking it to more and more into simplified and SP adventure and keep ignoring instanced ground and Space Pvp fans. Also fact that World Pvp has been useless since launch 3.6y ago cause no rewarding from Kill @ Outdoor's. Not even like 5-10x tokens if enemy player on 5x lvls for example. So Pvp server's have no meaning. GSF hasn't got any love for 9+ months, but maybe in some day. I hope that GSF dev team that was partially introduced on Twitch GSF Livestream has got some new job since no GSF work / updates for mentioned time. Kotfe not giving new Ops so even that is pushed aside and EW only focusing on that storytelling.. :/ Vanilla era "EV & EC still coolest Ops <3" Ops scaled up so same move as some other Mmo products done before. Shame that no idea's for new Ops :/

  12. Without a K-series CPU, a higher overclock might be impossible. Same with a cheapish motherboard: mine won't let me set the voltages on my Phenom II higher than reference, and it fails Prime95 with even a half-step increase.

     

    AGREE 110% and been asking for serious Client Tweaking since launch 3.6y ago. Sure some have been made and has improved quite a bit, but we need more. Was lazy hard to believe work by Founding EW Devs "not around anymore cause removed for no good reason" when chose to use Alpha Hero Engine that really not the best choice for so big Franchise like Star Wars Mmo. All that cash spent for voice acting and then choosing so terrible Core a.k.a game engine for the game :/

     

    Hopefully good tweaks come soon :)

    I dislike the fact that Star Wars the Old Republic has been dumped down to deep pit & been going towards very simple effortless gameplay path for a long time now. On many area's it's been going on :/ There r Mario Games for ppl who want char progression & gameplay like that.

     

    PVP Area:

    Devs NOT like this.. Give Old Republic Adventurers couple New Arena's & Make Normal Arena's & Warzones to have OWN Que. Or give OWN Que without giving 2-3x new Arena's, but maybe better to create at least Couple more to make it more efficient cause current amount of Arena's is silly. Once again new content u made is left to midway and no new since Arena's came :/ Normal Arena's being in same QUE with Normal Warzones is SILLY & many agree that wanna have toggle option FOR Normal Warzones & Normal Arena's time when going to instanced ground Pvp Que. Separate QUE Needed.

     

    STARFIGHTER AREA:

    For Months There have been many great Suggestions of how to improve Galactic Starfighter in GSF forum and in here. Proper matchmaking TOOL for GSF please. Well pimped Ships and Rookie Ships to separate Que / Battles. For A long 9+ months time Nothing has been done for GSF so i wonder what work has the GSF DEV Team been doing for whole this time.. Reassigned to something else i imagine :/ Maybe that Pve Storytelling what has always been at plans Table :/ I do like EW's "Old BW" storytelling y nothing wrong with that :p Yes Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights & Knights of the Old Republic forever in heart <3 Though why create Pvp @ all if rejecting it so much. Flying in Old Republic's skies by using GSF to feel the good old days of golden X-Wing & Tie Fighter. So hoping that GSF would have it's much deserved attention. Galactic Starfighter has plenty of pilots as often in Red Eclipse Server 12vs12 battles come.

     

    CRAFTING AREA & ChAR Progression:

    I among many think that Developers created too many craftables for C.Skill before launch as mission's and Fp's provide good enough equipment while adventuring towards max lvl. Please make the same thing for Crew Skill trainer window as YOU DEVS did for personal Crew Skills window. When talking to C.Skill trainer then make all crafting sections to be closed automatically :) Shame that no XP boost EVENT is optional like having toggle option for on & off as it's FORCE FED to those who don't like it :/ Mean completely turn off and not for 8hrs before need to activate Token again. Some missions are already giving XP boost tokens and there already is a chance to unlock xp boosting for many area's via Legacy Tree. Unbelievable :/ Also no good as silly 12xp is active starting from lvl 1 for newcomers "and others who don't want to use it" who sub, but don't want necessarily to use it and can turn it off only when given chance to travel to fleet to buy Token with silly 8hrs duration. Bought from Gree buddy called Ancient Creature. People can find it by filtering vendors on map window and browse outer edge.

     

    After bought it the xp bar is still yellow and tooltip on it says that YOU have SILLY boost for xp.. lolz :/ SILLY 12x xp game breaking boost should've come out in a way that it CAN be bought from vendor with price like at least 800k - 1.5m by those who want it and then can toggle it off IFwant to. Not automatically active for all subbers like it did come. Shame devs :/

     

    CHAR Progression & Important Socialisation Features:

    Please reduce the amount of U.Comms given by doing OPS via simple lazy mode GF TOOL. 16x "30x before launch of major char proggression dump down patch 3.0" is way too many so change it to 8-12 & prefered 10x max. Stop simplifying this big Franchise Mmorpg so much. Adding lazy mode GF TOOL'S REWARD for Weekly reward char progression is just mindless SILLY fast :/ I hope that in some tuesday we get a patch with common Mmo features like ABILITY To Whisp to Guildies VIA Guild Window no matter the distance as now u can ONLY if that other person is nearby.

     

    ALSO please GIVE Chance to change the Re-Whisper recipient / Target with Tabulator key for example. IF whispered with more than 1x PERSON since previous login. That KEY and Feature is commonly known in Mmo's. Naturally this change re-whisper Target might be tricky to create cause Swtor has this FRUSTRATING way of Deleting chat history. Mean that Active Chat TAB Changed to default Tab and can't browse typed messages after LOAD screen with Arrow Keys cause that history is deleted. Very frustrating couple features that Swtor Mmo has. Y might be good to wipe that history sometimes, but that often it's just spine breaking as it reduces the socialisation comfyness.

    STRONGHOLD Comfyness Improvement & SH's Feedback:

    Please let us INTERACT with Stronghold OBJECTS such as Chair's, Throne's and Couches. Atm. it seems that Stronghold is a place ONLY to LOOK @ Decorations & not really a place to Rp'ing properly and doesn't feel like home that u can INTERACT with :/ Is like EMPTY PAINTING Frame on wall if could put it like that :/ Shame that YOU EW Devs gave Yavin 4 stronghold as next one even many other SH'S WERE actively REQUESTED here in Forums for a long time before :/ Show's that You Devs really care only for people who ask for faster char lvl proggression and easier with no sweat content :/ Not Rp'ers or Ppl asking for improved Pvp or new Pvp features. Hopefully in some day u will :) Some highly requested SH'S: Manaan With Underwater View, Voss that has beauty Autumn colors, Alderaan Home "Even small Alderaan SH Would give smile for many Sw Universe fans in Swtor, Taris, Hoth with cave where u can slice & dice your own TAUNTAUN to stay warm <3 .

     

    Sure nice that we have /sleep animation made so can actually lay down properly to your bed when can't click it.. :p YES can now "sit" in Stronghold on those basic metal chair's or some other ones by writing /chair or clicking dat from emotes list located left side of chat window. THEN character magically takes CHAIR from other Dimension and sits on invisible chair, "if using basic chair emote" and not Jedi chair with blue padding emote for example & isn't invisible. Though it's not the same as clicking on chair & char would sit properly on it. With some dedication towards Rp server "and elsewhere" FANS DEVS could GIVE some basic SOFA'S and CHAIR'S to be CLICKABLE. That is lazy way of doing things and hopefully you put your Galactic Starfighter crew to make these as THEY must be bored for over 9x months now cause no improvements for GSF for a long time. No Proper matchmaking tool created or anything.

  14. PLEASE FIX FRIENDS List as it's been bugged since launch 3.6y ago :/ IF in some of the 50+ Fix Friends list postings hasn't yet been detailed how it's broken then i explain a bit. Friends panel showing that for example 3x online and when you open the friends window and check it through and it shows 0 online :/ Or friends panel shows that 0 online and when u open friends window then u see that 1x or more are actually Online. This has been going on since launch 3.6y ago :/ DEVS FIXED the Legacy TITLE list on Character Sheet after 3x years it was a mess so maybe now after 3.6y would good time to Fix Friends list :)

     

    2nd: Please GIVE ability to lock Chat Window or TABS created for it as sometimes when u click on other tab all others except 1x "default one" disappears and ONLY relogging FIXES that. I'll post screenshot later about it and on that can be seen how 2x out of 3x Tabs have vanished and default Tab is hanging out of place.

     

    3rd: Also please STOP chat window's chosen tab always reseting after LOADING screen :( It's NOT ENJOYABLE when CHAT TAB is switched back to default after each loading screen and need to change it back to where u want IT TO BE. :( I'm one of MANY who use 3x TABS for example and after instance change or LOADING screen the chosen TAB is set to basic default one :( It's because of Game-Engine's SAD reseting / deletion feature. On 1st Default TAB i keep only unnecessary chat FEED shown so never using that. Inc xp, cash, quote's said by Companions & all that kinda chat feed. With just few minor changes Socialisation and gameplay would be Much More Enjoyable :rolleyes:

  16. Allow pure DPS classes to queue as Tanks or Healers.

     

    If a DPS sorc or jug can queue as what they aren't and mess **** up then fair is fair. Everyone should be able to mess stuff up. Why should those classes have an advantage getting into groups? And then they come in and don't want to heal or want to DPS and heal and run out of juice to heal. Or some DPS would won't even go into the tank mode using group taunts in DPS mode (which are the opposite of taunts).

     

    Or

    Seeing as there is clearly a means for the game to see what a class is specced as based on what I see in 4v4 arena matches, how about you queue them based on what their current spec is. No option to choose.

     

    Or

    Better yet, allow people to have all specs preset and ready to go. So if they queue as DPS and Heals, if they are picked as heals the game forces them to the heal spec. Their hotbars and everything will already be preset by them beforehand or they simply won't be able to queue as heals without a preset heal template. And the game can give them a basic green shield for their level (that can't be sold to vendors or broken down into materials) if they are chosen as tank, but have no shield. In the same way you can have various UI settings you have various spec setting that can be loaded.

    Would be just silly idea. No Mmo uses this and really have to stick with traditions on some things at least and this one prefred to be one of them. Please Devs there's enough simplification in Swtor already. It's on top 3 of most Simplified a.k.a dumped down Mmo and has lots of hand helding on it.

    I dislike the fact that Star Wars the Old Republic has been dumped down to deep pit & been going towards very simple effortless gameplay path for a long time now. On many area's it's been going on :/ There r Mario Games for ppl who want char progression & gameplay like that.

    Devs NOT like this.. Give Old Republic Adventurers couple New Arena's same time & Make Normal Arena's & Warzones to have OWN Que. Or give OWN Que without giving 2-3x new Arena's, but maybe better to create at least Couple more to make it more efficient cause current amount of Arena's is silly. Once again new content u made is left to midway and nothing more since and meaning that only Arena's out there what you brought for the 1st time and no new one's :/ Normal Arena's being in same QUE with Normal Warzones is SILLY & many agree that wanna have toggle option FOR Normal Warzones & Normal Arena's time when going to instanced ground Pvp. Separate QUE Needed.

     

    STARFIGHTER AREA:

    For Months There have been many great Suggestions of how to improve Galactic Starfighter in GSF forum and in here. Proper matchmaking TOOL for GSF please. Well pimped Ships and Rookie Ships to separate Que / Battles. For A long time Nothing has been done for GSF so i wonder what work has the GSF DEV Team been doing for whole this time.. Reassigned to something else i imagine :/ Maybe that Pve Storytelling what has always been at plans Table :/ I do like EW's "Old BW" storytelling y nothing wrong with that :p Yes Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights & Knights of the Old Republic forever in heart <3 Though why create Pvp @ all if rejecting it so much. Flying in Old Republic's skies by using GSF to feel the good old days of golden X-Wing & Tie Fighter. So hoping that GSF would have it's much deserved attention.

     

    CRAFTING AREA & ChAR Progression:

    I think that Developers created too many craftables for C.Skill before launch of the Swtor as mission's and Fp's provide good enough equipment while adventuring towards max lvl. THAT reminds me that please make the same thing for Crew Skill trainer window as YOU DEVS did for own Crew Skills window. When talking to C.Skill trainer then make all crafting sections to be closed when opened :) Shame that no XP boost EVENT is optional like having toggle option for on & off as it's FORCE FED to those who don't like it :/ Missions giving xp boost tokens and there already is a chance to unlock xp boosting for many area's via Legacy Tree. Unbelievable :/

     

    12x XP can be toggled off now YES, but only for certain time and not completely once bought the cancellation token from Gree :/ After bought it the xp bar is still yellow and tooltip on it says that YOU have SILLY boost for xp.. lolz :/ SILLY 12x xp game breaking boost should've come out in a way that it CAN be bought from vendor with price like at least 800k - 1m by those who want it and then can toggle it off IFwant to. Not automatically active for all subbers like it did come. Shame devs :/

     

    CHAR Progression & Important Socialisation Features:

    Please reduce the amount of U.Comms given by doing OPS via simple lazy mode GF TOOL. 16x "previously 30x since launch to ultimate game simplification patch 3.0" is way too many so change it to 8-12 & prefered 18x. Stop simplifying a.k.a dumping down this fine Mmorpg so much. Espesially when adding silly lazy mode GF TOOL'S REWARD for Weekly 10x tokens char progression is just uberly SILLY fast :/ I hope that in some tuesday we get a patch with common Mmo features like ABILITY To Whisp to Guildies VIA Guild Window no matter the distance as now u can if that other person is nearby.

     

    ALSO please GIVE Chance to change the Re-Whisper recipient / Target with Tabulator key for example. IF whispered with more than 1x PERSON since previous login. That KEY and Feature is commonly known in Mmo's. Naturally this change re-whisper Target might be tricky to create cause Swtor has this FRUSTRATING way of Deleting chat history. Mean that Active Chat TAB Changed to default Tab and can't browse typed messages after LOAD screen with Arrow Keys.. :/ Very frustrating couple features that Swtor Mmo has. Y might be good to wipe that history sometimes, but that often it's just spine breaking as it reduces the socialisation comfyness.

    STRONGHOLD Comfyness Improvement & SH's Feedback:

    Please let us INTERACT with Stronghold OBJECTS such as Chair's, Throne's and Couches. Atm. it seems that Stronghold is a place ONLY LOOK to look @ Decorations & not really a place to Rp'ing properly and is like EMPTY PAINTING on wall if could put it like that :/ Shame that YOU EW Devs r giving Yavin 4 stronghold as next one that can be bought even many other SH'S WERE actively REQUESTED here in Forums for a long time. Manaan With Underwater View, Voss with Autumn colors, Alderaan Home, Taris, Hoth & others. Sure nice that we have /sleep animation made so can actually lay down properly. YES can now sit in Stronghold on those basic metal chair's or some other ones by writing /chair or clicking dat from emotes list located left side of chat window. That is lazy way of trying to create Immersion :(

     

    THEN character magically takes CHAIR from other Dimension and sits on invisible chair, "if using basic chair emote" and not Jedi chair with blue padding emote for example & isn't invisible. Though it's not the same as clicking on chair & char would sit properly on it. With some dedication towards Rp server "and elsewhere" FANS DEVS could GIVE some basic SOFA'S and CHAIR'S to be CLICKABLE.

  19. We time these things, and this is a true statement. This is the fastest maintenance, with a patch, we have ever had! I did say we would get the servers back up ASAP! Props to our Live Services team on this one. :rak_03:

    Yep but Conquest wasn't fix in a way that it would come back online normally and would last a time it should. It should've been fixed within few hrs after bug was reported. When in tuesday servers came back online from once again badly timed for Eu Gmt+1 supporters. +1 cause now it's BST. A while back After 3.2 patch server came b around 7pm for Gmt +1 supporters and that is so wrong time to do patching / maintenance for supporters a.k.a subbers. It's almost peak hours @ gaming time and sure not bad for NA supporters so can understand why no biggie for dev team :/

     

    Also yeah EW doesn't have HQ in EU so naturally we +1 and others in EU are still after 3.3'ish years left aside. Hopefully no more watering down the content since 3.0 & 3.2 did that a lot compared to last 1,5 years :/ Shame that Gree event was extended so much as now Event progression pace is even faster so i hope u create new event soon and increase the needed rep for each rank needed on it.

    Not that acquiring other than CM based faction Rep would take eternity.. As it doesn't and all r obtainable almost in blink of an eye and fastest than in any otther Mmo on the market. Just as char lvl progression and char progression @ non existent engame is fastest on Mmo market and therefore least enjoyable. Biggest content & char progression simplifying changes came with patch 3.0 & continued with 3.2 and simplifying a.k.a watering down started already around in Swtor's golden vanilla era @ patch 1.5 :/ Has Been really sad to see this happen fastest compared to many Mmo's on the market. Now extending Gree event cause of CQ bug that wasn't fixed within few hrs after the bug was reported & noticed is just silly.. Simplifying and making the event completion faster by extending it with week even max should've been 1-2 days. Been a subber since launch and after turned to crap F2P been also occasionally supported with buying dem 2.4k cc packs & regret past 1 - 1,5y cause of this dumping down trend & dev's fixation for simplifying :/

     

    Now when content,combat was dumbed down with new features and in general @ 3.0 and continued with silly changes @ 3.2 i just need to check out how long can tolerate this. It's funny how Protocol droid "oh that poor droid replying to so many customers via in game ticket and not joking about it" says that devs r following Suggestion Box forum and listening community. Hehe hihi yeah sure as many many times already changes have come that haven't been requested the most, but Devs just so often do their own thing and voila now changes made :p Silly Filler Area Yavin 4 soon has it's Stronghold "or whenever it comes with lots of delay" even not most requested for new stronghold..

     

    On Suggestion box forum there has been many great new Stronghold idea's and what they would have. Manaan with Underwater View, Hoth with icy tunnels and maybe night-time view from terrace, Voss "y that beautiful Autumn colored Planet", Taris or Ilum Stronghold. Also good that after about 3x years Legacy and personal title selection list was fixed in character sheet so now they can be browsed normally. Was fixed in 3.2 or 3.0 if not mistaken. So now would be nice to have fix for chat tab location and guild window and crew skills filtering "kinda like configuration / settings" for being reseted after each instance change or should say loading screen. It's frustrating when u have created Operations tab for chat window and after loading the tab that u've selected is reseted back to default one on let. The one that show's only the info that i don't want to see and they r gained cash,possible xp and so on.

     

    I always configure tabs to have only certain needed info so following chat window is enjoyable :) Developers did change the Crew Skills window to open with all sections closed each time and that was to reduce loading time espesially for those who have Re-Engineered a lot of craftables or just learned a lot of craftable items. Not my habit to do that as i think that many many craftable items should've been left out from starting lvl to 50 when devs created crew skills content. Could've use that time to sharpen up the game-engine's behaviour and to check possible bugs instead. Hoping for no more simplifying as Swtor already is already awfully watered down. Thanks for great voice over work and nice lore put into codex :)

  22. So when is this maintenance expected to occur? I would like as much time as possible to reschedule my APAC raids because that is the time zone you aim to disrupt.

     

    No doubt happens again @ time when favors NA supporters and bringing it almost @ peak hours Old Republic adventure time for EU supporters. Just like for 3.2 patching / maintenance when EU GMT +2 Supporters were able to login around 7pm and that was just plain ignoring of many supporters in Europe. It was early day / noon for many NA supporters so of course wasn't nearly as bad for them.

     

    Naturally Eaware doesn't time the patching / maintenance better cause don't have any staff working in Eu.. Even though they could still make timings better for EU supporters.

    I wanted to give you an update on the Conquest issue from this morning. What we learned is that there was an error in the timing associated with the Relics of the Gree Conquest event. During this week the Relics Conquest event will end early, based on the in-game timer, on Thursday. This was not intended and so we are going to make a few adjustments to correct this. These changes will require a maintenance, which will happen later this week.

     

    • We are going to extend the Gree event by another week! It will now end on Tuesday, May 26th.
    • The Relics of the Gree Conquest event will run again next week, this way Guilds will be able to run it fully!
    • Bounty Contract Week will be pushed out one week and will run from Tuesday, May 26th – Tuesday, June 2nd

     

    Thank you all for your patience as we worked through this issue. We hope that you enjoy the extended time with the Gree event.

    Heh so basically simplifying the event progression for many ppl instead of fixing the Conquest and allowing Gree event to continue to it's originally planned day or just extend it with 1x day. So no guild can't get their name to Conquerable location's list in mission journal's CQ tab as still that 2x Days left for the CQ.. :/

     

    I hope that we still get the reward after pass the required personal amount. Strange that support couldn't do server restart / patch today couple hrs max after the bug started. Oh well simplifying progression pace is nothing new here as have been proven since around patch 1.5 - 2.0 when watering down the content started. Simplifying Gree Event / Rep progress pace for many by extending it with so long time. 1x day longer would've been enough. Shame on u.. So No actual CQ fix within few hrs after servers came back online in Eu and timing for it was again badly made and favored NA customers / supporters more :/

     

    I imagine that this next patching that u make to fix CQ later this week also happens @ wrong time for Eu fans. Hopefully not like last time when 3.2 came and Gmt +2 Eu supporters were able to login only @ 7pm. Would love to see u doing patching for NA supporters at those times. Making Peace Time period for it for conquest and not fixing it on same day "tuesday 12.5.2015" and let Conquest go normally.. Heh :/ Shame that no dedication to fix things and then simplifying more :/
