i think 1/2 is working but 2/2 is def not. There is no way in hell it's proccing at a 30% chance rate 1 per strong fight.

This talent definitely does not grant rage at a 30% chance per dot tick with 1.5 second CD. I rarely ever gain rage off it. Anyone else haveing a problem?

power > crit > surge. power boosts the damage of everything period. crit well you know what that does > surge is like power but for just crit.

naw power is better for marauder straight up.

yeah a few beta builds before the launch both carnage and annihilation were good but in their own ways. the whole fury system thing and a ton of nerfs to carnage really screwed it.
