Has Bioware said anything about the missing codex entries? I understand there are many, MANY more important things that need to be worked on before these are probably addressed, but I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about them and if they will be taken out or replaced with anything.

I would say start at the beginning with the Lost Tribe of the Sith ebooks. They are free and the story is pretty good.
