  1. As I mentioned above, I tried completing the flashpoint in Story mode, but it still didn't work. (Granted, it was after finishing it in Hard mode...) Plus, I've run plenty of other flashpoints that have prerequisite missions in Hard mode rather than Story mode, yet had no trouble turning in the final mission. (Taral 5/Maelstrom Prison and Kaon Under Siege/Lost Island, for example.)
  2. Now having this bug on my Trooper as well, after running Hard Mode False Emp. Tried running regular mode after, along with killing the bonus boss, but still not getting the complete cutscene from Commander Rans. (Of course, I kept on getting regular False Emp in LFG before I started the questline, figures I'd get Hard mode when I got to the bugged mission... :/) Still haven't tried killing the bonus boss in Hard mode (nobody ever wants to), but having doubts that'll help either...
  3. This is a Republic side bug; the first post refers to a Republic NPC. Things I haven't tried yet: Running False Emperor in regular mode. (Been running Hard modes on my Smuggler for gear.) Finishing all the bonus missions while in the flashpoint, including the bonus boss (did so on my Knight, and she had no trouble turning in the final part)
  4. In approximate order of enjoyment: Quinn: Oddly enough, my favourite Bioware romance of all time, despite how messed up it turns out. Though the lack of resolution after the big spoiler event ruins it somewhat. Vector: The closest thing to an alien romance the ladies are going to get for now, and he's appropriately otherworldly. (Yes, there's Aric, but his romance doesn't feel very alien.) Corso: Personally, I didn't mind Corso's romance, though his personality didn't suit my Smuggler's, unlike with some of the other romances. (My Warrior would want to conquer the galaxy with Quinn by her side, and Vector's diplomatic personality suits my Agent; but Corso would want to settle down right away, unlike my Smuggler.) Overall, he'd be better just as a buddy with whom you could toss back a beer with. Andronikos: His "less talk, more action" personality didn't always suit my Inquisitor, but I did enjoy his romance. Also, that voice. Rawr. Theran: I can't help but like him, despite myself. (I know he's not a full-fledged romance, but still...) Though I really have the urge to reprogram Holiday, just because she gets on my nerves, LOL. Torian: I would have to agree with some people that he felt too young. (He was also my first romance, so I may have rushed it.) To be fair, it did have its moments (like when you get your first flirt with him). Aric: This one disappointed me, which is a shame, because I like the voice actor. It just took too long to get anywhere for me. (For your very first Trooper companion, the fact that it takes about lvl 40 or later to be really able to get into the romance, bothered me. Perhaps I just don't have any patience...) Doc: The only romance I was not able to finish. He just rubs me the wrong way, and I didn't care for his voice actor, which counts for a lot with me. The whole glory hound thing, plus the lack of scruples... Ick. Also,
  5. Dropped group before cashing it in, both times. Even came back the next day to see if it would work then... No dice. :/
  6. I've had the same problem as well. Even dropped the mission and redid the entire chain from the beginning (forcing me to run the Battle of Ilum and False Emperor flashpoints twice), and the cutscene still won't play properly when I turn the final part in. Mind you, I've only had this problem with my Smuggler; my Jedi Knight turned in the final mission with no problem. Class related bug, perhaps? :/
  7. Thanks for the new additions! I've also added TD-07A Panther Headgear (IA, BoE), as well as recommended pieces of the Formal set of social armour, even if they are Male only. (I saw someone on fleet wearing those pieces with an officer jacket, and thought it worked well together. Also, the Xenotech Enforcer set (one of the few all-white officer sets) has just been added to the loot tables of the final bosses from level 50 normal flashpoints. I have updated the list accordingly, but I haven't yet double checked the drops for myself. (Mind you, while running FPs recently, I did have the Xenotech Enforcer's Leggings and Boots drop for me... But on my Smuggler, rather than my Agent. Sigh...)
  8. From what I can find, the Xenotech Enforcer's Headgear doesn't appear to drop from anywhere (i.e. it's in game, just not acquirable, ATM). If you want something with a similar look (officer cap with solid faceguard) but without the same mods, I recommend either the Headgear of Lethality from the Red Reaper FP, or the RD-06B Eliminator Headgear (random BoE).
  9. Okay, tried to organize this post to make it look a little better. Also added the other Xenotech pieces from Karagga's Palace, as well as the Red Reaper set (which I completely forgot about), both to the Player/Companions BoP section (II A). Also found an excellent older post showing some of Imperial uniform gear already listed here (and where I was reminded of the Red Reaper set . In that thread, there is also a list of craftable Armormech gear that can be Masterworked (I am not including those in my list, since I am only concentrating on Moddable gear, not Augmented). BTW, I would like to add links and images eventually, but it will be incredibly time consuming, considering there are doubles of nearly every piece... *sigh*
  10. Thanks so much for the new addition! Nice to know that there is a white uniform jacket for those who are interested.
  11. Sorry, wasn't expecting this post to get bumped up... Need to keep a better eye on it. XP When it comes to solo farming Hammer Station for the uniform, I find it more likely to drop if I have a companion who has Cunning as a primary stat with me... (And if you find that it's not dropping when your healing companion is with you, try switching to a DPS companion instead.) Failing that, try someone who at least uses Medium armour (Ashara, for example). Not sure if it makes a difference, but it seems to works for me... Sadly, I don't know of any moddable version of the white Imperial uniform... Just the craftable or random drop from around level 50.
  12. I'll say this... I may not like every member of my Sith Warrior's crew (*cough*Pierce*cough*), but I really wished I could accompany most of them on their companion missions: So wanted in on those... Too bad that you only get to accompany Vette on hers (although hers wasn't bad either). I really do hope they add the option of accompanying all your companions on their missions eventually, and not just your first companion...
  13. A very minor one for the SW and JK: Trooper and IA (sort of):
  14. Now that I think about it, both Kira Carsen and Elara Dorne have brothers that are of fine Imperial stock... Though I don't think telling either of them that "Your brother is hot" would go over that well.
  15. Ooo, how could've I forgotten about Biron? And it's hardly fair you only get to run into him if you play Republic side; especially since he's an Imperial. I swear, there seems to be more better-looking male NPCs on the Republic side, LOL. (But to be fair, I also think the LIs for the female Imperial players are more interesting, overall.
  16. My female Bounty Hunter: Gault My female Sith Inquisitor: Talos Drellik My female Jedi Knight: Lord Scourge My female Trooper: Jonas Balkar Any Republic female: Gayem Leksende (the Czerka Corp. exec's son)
  17. Well, it's a matter of taste. Inquisitors get Andronikos the bad boy pirate; he isn't much to look at, but his gravelly voice more than makes up for it. (His VA is known for playing Spike Speigel from Cowboy Bebop.) Bounty Hunters get Torian, a Mandalorian; he's fairly young looking, if you like that type. (His VA is known for playing Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach.)
  18. Does that make Quinn Mint Chocolate Chip? Since he can be cold (and because of his moles, heh.)
  19. The sad part is, a lot of the current crews could support an extra LI for the ladies; arguably, one LS, one DS, depending on your leanings (and I'm not just talking about the flings you can have with Pierce and Theran). And that would add more alien choices for us ladies, too. Bounty Hunter - Gault Sith Inquisitor - Talos Drelik Imperial Agent - Doc Lokin is probably too old to qualify as a LI, but I do find the intellectual type with questionable morals to be attractive. (I always think of him as Prof. Jones Sr. in my mind, heh.) Jedi Knight - Scourge (sorry Doc!) Jedi Consular - Zenith Thank goodness I'm not the only one wanting a chance to flirt with Gayem Leksende. He had me after his "I have no idea what you're saying, my indelicate friend, but simply marvelous!" line. I would totally Dark side for a chance to date Leksende Jr., instead of having to kill him at the end... Granted, he was trying to kill me the whole time, but apparently I have a thing for gothish pretty boys. (And I've totally not considered what other cybernetic enhancements he might have... XP)
  20. Yeah, I know Quinn got me a bottle of wine (although I believe that was a wedding gift from another officer), silk sheets, and military armour to keep me protected, LOL. But I could definitely see him giving my Warrior those sorts of gifts. I could also see him giving her some nice expensive trinket, Quinn looks like he'd have good taste (he likes Luxury gifts, after all . Maybe not a pretty dress, but perhaps a pendant or a piece of jewelry... Something that wouldn't fall off easily, as they battle across the universe.
  21. Well, SWTOR may not be a *** game, but I couldn't help be reminded of this inappropriate (if non-companion) quote: Female Imperial player questioning a womanizer: Player: Just make sure you're out of Imperial space by sundown. Harez Bant, subtitles: For you, sweetie? Anything. Harez Bant, spoken: For you, sweetie? I'll come anywhere you want. That makes me snicker like a fifth grader every time. (And I do get it every time, since I generally play LS.) Although, the first time I heard that, I read the subtitles before the spoken words sunk in completely (which was a good thing, otherwise I'm pretty sure my Bounty Hunter would have shot the guy for that remark, LOL).
  22. I'd say Doc shades more towards a True Neutral by your description - doing whatever benefits him the most. (Although he's still a Light side companion since he prefers that you help people.) I didn't care for Doc, to be honest. I normally don't mind womanizing in characters, but him being a glory hound (and the questionable thought processes associated with it) was off-putting to me. Plus the DS hits I would have to take... I just can't bring myself to seal the deal with him. (My guild always talks about switching sides, and I dread it, because I would have to switch from Quinn to Doc, LOL.)
  23. I feel the same way. I'm still amazed at how much I wanted him on my crew just from that first encounter, considering how ruthless he was acting. The funny part is, Quinn makes a great LS companion, as well. I played pure Light side, and can count on one hand the times I took a huge affection hit, and that was early on on my Warrior. One of my favourite affection gains was I like the that Quinn has a sense of honor, but can still be regarded as evil. I've heard him described as Lawfully Neutral, which is dead on (for Quinn, it's duty before everything else). And Quinn's possibly the only morally grey companion in the game; every other one I've met so far falls into Dark or Light exclusively. I think it's part his charm, actually...
  24. Well, considering in the beta (or at least the game script I've read)...
  25. Upon entering the Promenade, in Nar Shaddaa: Khem Val: So much flesh. Are you sure I can't have a taste? (I'm sure Khem's just hungry, but saying that where there's so many scantily-clad women, makes me wonder...)
