In this case, WE ARE RIGHT !!!!! We paid for a pre order, as far as i know, i'm not playing for free right now, i've paid for it .... One of the point of pre ordering was to play early, but thing is, i've got more queue time than play time, thats not acceptable....
Who would buy a game that u cant play ??? you maybe ??? Not every player in here can play all day long, many of us actually work, and we have less time to play... If we have to stay in a queue 1, 2 hours or more, thats cut drasticly our play time...
So the question is, if i only have 3 to 5 hours of time to play every day, why would i pay a subscription to stay in queues for 2 or 3 hours per day and even more on week ends???
I'm a customer, i've paid for the game, i'm planning to pay monthly for it, but only if i can play it...
So yeah, the customers are right in this case, they've paid for something and they want what they've paid for, stop defending bioware, u would think a company as big as them and EA would have known something like that will happen. Its not acceptable to pay for something and not have it...
