i dont know exactly how it works but i died to it and i can re summon without using water i dont know if its because the crystal itself will summon it for anyone now or if im buffed and can summon it any ammount of times until i kill it

from that picture it really seems like a random long spawn second crystal that appears near the depleted one witch makes me sad
