  1. 1. The Makeb Weekly "Contain and Control" does not award conquest points. This is especially irritating as you MUST complete The Dissonance Wave to get credit. The only reason to do this at max level is for conquest points and to find out only after doing it is very frustrating. 2. I have completed the HM Flashpoints Directive 7 and Battle of Ilum in the past few weeks and failed to receive any conquest points. Each time I queued for a random FP and received the award for using the Group Finder but no conquest points.
  2. We just encountered a bug on the Revan 16m SM fight. When you get ported to the highest level and he's shielded the shield would not drop. We had all 16 people alive and all experienced players. We pounded on him for the full timer (140 seconds) and the shield never dropped. Eventually the cast timer expired and he knocked everyone back. About half of the raid was still alive but even though he wasn't casting anything we still could not damage him at all. We /stuck and came back and it happened again. Resetting the phase also did not fix the issue. We split into 2 8M groups and finished with no issues.
  3. I also had this issue. I swapped to another instance and the console was there and clickable. If you don't have another instance you're probably out of luck.
  4. Our raid tonight had some issues with the droids bugging out and as a result we wiped twice when Torque blew up all 4 consoles. Each time when we wiped Torque did not reset and we have to exit area and reset the phase before trying again. Seriously it's been 4 months and this fight is still bugged out.
  5. I have created 2 in-game tickets for this issue: 16120115 and 16122920. Below are my tickets and the unhelpful and rather contradictory replies: ------------- Ticket #1 ------ I purchased two emotes via the collections interface for 60 cartel coins each. However even after logging out and back in those emotes are not available. It says "This emote is restricted and accessed through either Subscription or an item unlock. Mood and Emote unlocks are often found in Packs available on the Cartel Market." I was charged 120 coins and have not received the items purchased. Please either unlock these items or refund the coins. --------- Automated Reply -------- <droid reply stuff here> Thanks you for contacting us about the issue you encountered. This particular case appears to have been caused by a bug within the game that will need to be corrected in a future game update and as such, cannot be corrected by Customer Service. To allow us to identify and correct these issues, we would request that you submit a Bug Report on this issue. <it then says that bug reports go to the dev team directly and tells me how to submit it as a bug report rather than an "item issue" which is what i selected> --------- End Reply I then created a second ticket as a "Bug Report" with essentially the same text and this is the reply I received today: ------------- Automated Reply ------------ Thank you for submitting a bug report - bug reports do not receive a response. <blah blah droid stuff> HOWEVER, if you need additional help beyond your initial bug report, please submit a new Help Ticket under the appropriate category to contact a Customer Service Agent. ----------------------------- So customer service says they can't help me even though all I want is my 120 coins refunded. And the Bug Report doesn't warrant a response. So how exactly does one get a refund on the 120 lost coins???
  6. In the Group Finder selection screen for the old level 55 hard mode flashpoints the title of that section is "Hard Mode Flashpoints (Level 50)". This is incorrect - those are the Level 55 FPs.
  7. When playing a Sniper the rewards for the Weekly Spirit of Cooperation mission does not consist of Scorpio tank gear. Instead there is a set of tank gear for M1-4X who is a Trooper companion. I see now that you can actually use it for any of the tank droids but the tooltip for the Agent droid tank gear says "requires M1-4X".
  8. The Holiday Hero achievement has a typo. "Receive" is spelled incorrectly in the tooltip.
  9. It seems that Rishi is the only planet in the entire galaxy that does NOT have a quick travel point in the Cantina. Given that the Rishi cantina is also where most of the daily missions are located having a QT point there would be quite nice.
  10. Is there any reason why the run back after a wipe on the Korriban Incursion to the droid or bonus boss has to take so long? All the other FPs you revive at least partway back but here you start at the very beginning, have to run to the first boss area, take the elevator, click the button, and then run all the way to the next boss.
  11. I know quite a few people did not have any issues but I did. The first time he pulls everyone in the orbs spawned properly. The 2nd time there were no orbs and he ended up killing most of the NPCs. There were only 2 or 3 left and Revan attacked me directly most of the time. As a healer I spent almost the entire second half of the fight healing myself. I was able to kill him but I doubt a non-healer would have finished. Also it took at least 15 minutes to complete given that I couldn't really dps him at all as I was so busy spamming heals on myself or being perpetually stunned. However I seem to be in the minority as most people reported that it worked perfectly. If it helps: sorc healer with HK companion. And I've done this fight several times including twice on the pts with no bugs so I know how it is supposed to work.
  12. I've got the weekly Galactic Conflicts for 3 level 60 HM FPs but finishing a level 60 HM FP does not seem to count as I the mission counter is not incrementing. I received the 10 elite comms for doing a random daily but it didn't count towards the weekly. This has happened twice now.
  13. I'll add to this list: 1. When selecting a gathering mission, leave the window open just like the crafting window stays open. 2. When first logging in and viewing the list of who's online in the guild, don't automatically show offline members. This happens to me about 95% of the time I log in. 3. When queuing up for something while inside my stronghold, if I can't be returned to the stronghold afterwards at least return me to a place where porting is allowed. 4. Add Whisper to the right-click options in the guild window. 5. Fix the issue where sometimes the debuffs are much darker than normal.
  14. I forgot to mention the biggest reason to put the crew skill level in the mission dropdown: If you get a special mission (a drop) it's always "Slicing 340" and when you use it you have to poke around until you figure out if that's a 33-40, 41-48, 49-50 mission because the dropdown doesn't tell you anything even remotely helpful. It's just in there somewhere and naturally it's at the bottom of the list so you have to flip between the levels scrolling all the way down until you spot it. If the dropdown had the crew skill levels you'd instantly know where to find it.
  15. Honestly I just think the level should be displayed in the dropdown. i don't really care whether companion gifts are "ranks" and crafting mats are called "levels". Also I can't say I've ever thought to myself "you know what I really need are companion gifts rank 3" anyway. But I suppose it could list the material level and the gift rank separately but I'm not sure how useful the companion gift rank really is. I understand how the crafting mats relate to the level of the item produced by a crafting skill but I really don't think anyone would go "OK so I need a lightsaber for a level 34 juggernaut so let's just start randomly running these "level 34-range gathering missions." What really happens is you look at your crafting skill and pick out what you want to make. Then you go run missions that return level 3 power crystals, etc. So again it seems to me the only useful thing to show in the mission dropdown (the only dropdown I'm referring to here) is the level of the items returned. I suppose it could still list the crew skill required or the level as it does now. I just want to also see the level of the item returned along with it.
  16. The big increase in crafting has exposed some weaknesses in the Crew Skills UI, specifically the extremely large number of clicks to do anything. I believe the following improvements would help and I do not think they would be very difficult to implement: 1. Provide an option to keep the Mission window open after either clicking "Send Companion" or double-clicking on the mission. Currently if you're running missions for any level other than the level 9 you have to reselect the crew skill, then go to the dropdown and select the mission level (probably the same level you just used for the previous companion), scroll around again - assuming you didn't miss-click and get the wrong mission level, and then repeat. When spamming missions across many characters this makes a very tedious process even more tedious. 2. Show the level of materials returned in the Mission Level dropdown. Currently the Mission Level dropdown box consists of "Mission Level 10-16", "Mission Level 17-24", "Mission Level 25-32", etc. Of all the things that could be in the dropdown this is easily the most useless choice possible. If I know I need level 4 crafting materials why do I have to translate that in my head to "Mission Level 33-40"? What does 33-40 even mean? Why not show the required crew skill and the level of items returned instead? So it would be "Missions 401-450 (Level 9)" instead. I don't think either of these is asking a lot. #2 especially is probably just updating some hard-coded text and #1 would help reduce the # of clicks when spamming gathering missions on multiple characters.
  17. When I report spam automatically add that person to my ignore list or at least ignore them for 60 minutes or something. The gold spam is totally out of hand now. Sometimes there are 3 or 4 of them on Shadowlands at a time and the chat window is filled with them.
  18. We had the same issue last night in DP SM. We queued up as a full guild group but someone had to leave just before Raptus. We just needed 1 DPS so it seemed like a no-brainer that SOMEBODY would have had that flag checked (I have it checked myself) but we never did get a replacement. We were able to 7-man it fortunately but you'd expect that you could at least get a DPS replacement.
  19. Yes - the key if dps isn't great is to ignore the adds unless they attack someone. They sometimes run up to the tank or healer but don't actually do anything. In this case ignore them and stay on the boss.
  20. I've always had the same problem and switching to Windows mode (so you see the windows title bar) worked for me. Very annoying though. The other solutions did not help me either.
  21. Our tanks are a Jugg and PT. We cleanse the slime by having the person move very slightly to the side while everybody else generally stays stacked. Thanks for all of the suggestions - much of it makes a lot of sense. We'll be trying these changes out Thursday.
  22. My raid team has been struggling with this fight for a few nights now. 90% of the wipes are due to one of the following: 1. Enrage Timer 2. Too slow on little adds and guy in the red pool gets clobbered #2 only happens occasionally so I'm not that worried about it. But we're consistently hitting enrage usually below 10% health on the boss. Then he burrows and pretty much one-shots everybody. Our DPS'ers are putting out between 2300 and 2700 depending on the attempt so while that's not fantastic it seems like it ought to be enough. We were able to kill Styrak HM consistently before we started NiM TFB. We do not have an assassin tank which can be used to trivialize the dps part of the fight. I'm just wondering if we're not using our DPS team properly or we're focusing on the wrong targets. We have 2 Marauders and hence 2 blood thirsts, a sorcerer, and a sniper. Everybody is in full 72 level gear. We blood thirst right away back-to-back and then again as soon as it's available. When the jealous male appears this is our strat: 1. All dps stays on boss while tank picks up the jealous male and gets his back up against a wall. 2. Once tank is in position both marauders jump to the jealous male - sniper puts armor reduction debuff on jealous male at the same time. 3. Little adds appear - either a healer or ranged dps stands in the pool and both ranged dps AOE little adds until dead 4. Melee dps stay on jealous male until dead 5. Ranged dps swap back to boss after little adds die 6. Once jealous male dies melee dps switches back to boss We do not have the option to get an assassin tank so either we're doing something wrong or our dps players just aren't good enough. Does anybody have any helpful suggestions (besides dumb stuff like "suck less") that maybe we're missing here? Thanks!!
