Interrupts are your friend. Especially on classes that can heal themselves.

got no choice but to skip planets (makes it interesting for replay -> skip different planets). or be a completionist and play less pvp and space battle. it's kinda easymode but you don't need help for 2-heroic quests and oh boy you can enjoy pvp servers.
