sorry i'm really computer illiterate but i ment i put in in the pre-order early access code on the 27th

i pre-ordered it on the 27 of November on this website

i don't understand why i haven't received an email for early game access starting on the 13th of December iv pre-ordered the game with digital download standard edition and its 9:30 pm in Hawaii and iv still haven't gotten a email for the early access i pre-ordered the game for. am i going to have to wait till the 20th to play on release date if so whats the point of pre-ordering if i didnt get what i paid for and was told i would receive.
