Concerning the vanishing reverse engineering button...
I've found that opening the inventory window by pressing "I" instead of clicking the button at the top of the UI seems to correct this. It hasn't failed me yet, though I can't speak for everyone. Good info though! Thanks much.
Looking to get a breakdown on queue times during peak hours for the various PVP servers so if folks could give an estimate on your experience so far on a server to server basis that would be swell. I'm looking at 5pm to 10pm Est primarily.
Wow, yeah, that's pretty rough as far as the pvp servers go. Hopefully it shifts some when people start to see those numbers. Guess my pvp character will be prettier than planned. Any breakdowns on individual servers?
Sniper can be great in pvp when built properly. You will have to take advantage of your knockback and CC though or else you will get torn up when folks get in melee range.
There is another thread about this and I believe Oct 5th was the last entry. However, there are still some people from sept that haven't gotten in so this process may not be perfect.
I'm using it now. It works fine. I used it all through my beta experience. I only bought it because it was all the store had aside from crappy microsoft/logitech standard wireless mice but I've had no problems whatsoever. It feels very comfortable to me. It's also build very solid and by no means fragile, which was my biggest concern due to the appearance. I'd say go for it.
I didn't pre-order til after thanksgiving beta. I was fully aware before placing my order that I'd have to wait my turn for the EGA because it said in big gold letters "UP TO 5 DAYS". I'm sitting here like a nerd on the forums and watching streams til then. I don't feel like I should be in the game right now because I read what they said and knew this was coming. If people don't read they have nobody to blame but themselves. I can understand being irritated that you aren't playing. I am too. But complaining and blaming Bioware isn't helping anyone. It's only making this launch less fun for everyone. It's our own fault. Not Biowares. They were clear.
People are mad now but nobody will care once they get in. I'd say like 4% of the people complaining now will hold a grudge and thats a sad 4% that IMO should let it go and worry more about real issues in the world.
