as title says I payed the exact money , i was not informed by amazon that people who preordered first would get in first. Why are there 2 sets of rules being thrown around by BW/EA

actually your wrong, the money was taken out straight up, as i checked my cc card after it.

I clearly knew the terms? go to amazons site, as if you are going to preorder star wars, tell if you see anywere , were it says , PEOPLE WHO PREORDER THE GAME FIRST WILL BE PLAYING IT FIRST . tell me if you see anything like that before you click pay the money

no they are showing favoritism to other people, and discriminating against others. why should we, who purchased the same preorder, be made to wait due to lack of custimer service?

End of the day, i purchased a preorder, i expect to be playing at the same time as the other preorders.

if you think annoying 80% of your paying customers is smart, then seriously i find that pretty sad. also them doing this has caused people to cancel the game, thus loosing them money
