Dear Bioware, I love your game. I came from WOW, your main competitor. I have no desire whatsoever to go back to WOW. However, I am waiting in queue to play your game while my son is right behind me on the other computer playing his ferel druid in a BG. He is owning, by the way! We logged on at the same time. According to the yellow post from Bioware reagarding the queue problem, they are trying to balance having too many people on a server resulting in wait times vs. not having enough people on a server resulting in an empty feeling to the server and not having people to play with. I don't know about you guys, but I would rather not have enough people on than have to wait in a queue to even get on the server. I would understand that the game is brand new and not even official released yet and that the population would grow and even out in the future. The yellow post from Bioware gave no indication whatsoever on what their plan was to fix this problem. All the yellow post did was acknowledge the problem and explain the complaxities of trying to balance server population. How about providing your customers with a plan and a timeline on when the plan would be implemented?

Ahhhhh screw it! I am going to roll a new toon on a new server until they figure all this out. I NEED my fix. Good night forum peeps! Peace.

Remember when WOW would have only a portion of the servers down for maintenance and everyone would just make a level one on a different server? LFG to form raid for Hogger. Levels ones only plz.

Dear Bioware, I am not a complainer. I did not participate in all of the ridiculous QQ about the early game access. However, I now have a 30 minute que to get into my server. THAT is not going to work. I dont know what you can do to fix this, but it needs to be fixed. Switching servers is not practical at this time as I am invested with both time and my guild on this server. Please figure this out. Thank you.

I looked into adding a gpu to my current desktop and trying to figure out what I needed, is the gpu I am looking at meeting the minimum requirments, will my power source handle the new gpu, etc, etc made my head hurt. I am a simple guy. Just give me something simple that will work and I am happy. Thanks for helping me out.

So this Dell Inspiron 620 MT comes with i5, 6gb RAM, 500gb Hard drive and then the video card options are: AMD Radeon HD 6450 1GB DDR3 [Add $70.00] or the NVIDIA GeForce GT 530 [Add $120.00]. Base price is 500 bucks. I assume the NVIDIA is a better GPU?

Hi guys. My computer is not very good at all and I would like to replace it with the sole purpose of playing SWTOR with better settings and frame rate. Having said that, I know that there are other threads out there full of computer advice. I, however, am a simpleton. I do not know or have the desire to know much at all about CPUs and GPUs, etc. So my question is this: if I am willing to spend around a grand on a new computer, which would you recommend? I am hoping for some really straightforward and simple advice, like buy this model Dell or something along those lines. Thanks for any help you tech savvy people out there can provide.

I feel ya. 5+ year wow player here as well. Only difference is that I not only cancelled a wow account, but 3 wow accounts. Have 2 SWTOR accounts and will probably add a third soon. Sorry Blizzard!

If SWTOR does end up putting a significant dent in WOW's player base, I wonder if Blizzard will try to hurry and push Titan to completion faster? Blizzard has never really had any significant threat to their player base so they have never really had to hurry and push anything.

The reason it has to be WOW or SWTOR is because the vast majority of people are unable or unwilling to pay a sub fee for two MMOs. I think that the affect SWTOR is MOST likely to have on WOW is to speed up the date that WOW is forced to go free to play like many of the other MMOs have had to do. I appreciate the time and enjoyment I have had with WOW, but now I am terribly bored and have zero excitement about Pandas. If SWTOR ends up being a flop over the next year or so, I still don't think I would go back to WOW. For me personally, that ship has sailed, and probably not so much because of SWTOR but because I don't enjoy WOW any longer. SWTOR simply gave me a new ship to sail on.

Yeah I am not sure about that article. It makes no sense to me. Essentially it says that Blizzard moved from a company that provided it's license to one that is not able to obtain a license from the Chinese government. That makes no sense at all. There is no way that a company as successful and savvy as Blizzard would change to a company that would not be able to provide a license and then have to shut all of their servers down in China.

Deal with China? I am unfamiliar. What are you talking about?
