Thanks to all others for your replies. To satisfy some suggestions, I'll say, believe me .. I will be getting another i5/gtx build after summer... this thread was to ask if this build (in my OP) would play at low-mid settings for now..

So.. to summarize.. you are not good with "budget builds", you don't know the answer to my question, and you're glad you don't need to play using this crap? Why are you here then? Thanks for your reply, regardless..

Thanks.. I did post that it was a 3.0 ghz dual core.. It's an AMD ..that's all the initial info I got. I did have an i5-2500k and gtx470 build but let's not talk about what happens when your friend borrows your cpu for a weekend. I just want something temporary (until after summer...winter's coming) and I can get this build for $200 CAD.
