  1. Yes, because they are going to get this thing turned around. Its not that far off track really! A few good patches and this thing will be rocking.
  2. Okay, here is a general and then more detailed factual review per class story! Graphics: 8/10 Sound: 8/10 Game Mechanics: 7/10 Story-Theme: 9/10 Replay Ability: 8/10 Overall Score: 8/10 Jedi Knight: Good Story and fun class to play with bright beautiful starter world. Bounty Hunter: Awesome story that really draws you into the game and your character that makes for a super fun class to play with engaging starter world. Smuggler: Average but cute story, average class with dull and boring starter world! Need to fix play mechanics of this class! Imperial Agent: Great story and engaging. Great starter world. Nice class options but needs some mechanics fixed... The whole cover/camra thing needs work with response times just like Smugglers! Sith Warrior: Fantasic Story and Starter world. Enjoyed playing this class with the different flavor then Jedi Knight! Flash Points: Brilliant and great story! Okay will update more when I have more to tell! Enjoy...

  4. #1- I have had EA/Biowares give me such unbelieve top notch personal customer service I am still blown away! #2- Have you ever seen a company update and clearly communicate with such maturity such clear direction of upcoming patches and also addressing the community several times a week with each step they are taking?! #3- They are listening and caring. #4- Fast patches and quick fixes #5- Content update and major patch within 30 days! Enough said!

  6. I'm looking forward to the real forums and community showing up in about 12 days! I'm looking forward to playing with people that are nice, mature and friendly. Sure there will still be a few jerks here and there but the initial MMO rush new thing players will be gone which with raise the IQ and quality of the product. Here is my perdiction... SWTOR had a strong start but will have a dip in population thats noticable after Jan 20th-2012 but will slowly rebuild and surpass thier inital sales and concurrent player base over the year. With 1-2 years this will be an very attractive and healthy MMO and community with massive growth and expansion and stable economy and cool things added! Looking forward to expansions and redone-resourced space combat experience also. /cheers
  7. If you didnt care so much for this came you wouldn't bother posting! I'm not saying you don't have gripes or even legitmate complaints to be brought up... Just your so passionate for this game that you spend your game time on the forums campaigning for change and fixes! /I admire that We are all on the same side just handing things differently. Some silently wait and support others make loud noisey voices for action! Yet we ALL are ONE caring for this great game to be a legend that stands the "Test of Time!"

  9. Out standing customer service on EA/Biowares part! I had 2 times EA/Biowares personally call me on the cell phone to help and correct my problem and even give me solutions and ETA's. They even fixed a 3rd party situation which was an Android Application problem with their Security Key Program which should be fixed within 1-2weeks! I'm over impressed with EA/Biowares and like to thank them for going beyond the extra mile to help me. PS. Reminds me of Jesus when He went the extra mile for us!
  10. I'm 41 and because I decided I deserve value & service for my money I'm acting and looking like a child? Nope! Just standing up for what is right... Been screwed around by too many past companies is all and now my patience is lacking in the trust department!
  11. This is trolling~ What you posted above! Why I am impressed is because of the personal customer service I am receiving. The person even gave me a personal phone number and cell and I dont wait in a cue. Besides that he is willing on his off time to come into the office to serve me. Now thats outstanding customer service!

  13. Wow, patch 1.1 looks amazing and maybe enough to save the game for further work to come. Will it be released this coming Tuesday? I have cancelled my account but I am willing to resub because of 2 two things. 1) Biowares head tech rep has personally contacted me and gave me his Cell Number now thats outstanding customer service. 2) Patch 1.1 WoW... Very impressed Biowares! Blizzard never had this good of customer service or turn around time of problems! /Love
  14. I was on phone with 3 reps whom still have not been able to handle this or even updated me now in a week in an email which was promised on fixing this issue! I know what you are saying yet EA isnt listening for me for some strange reason?
  15. Done that! Its not on my end it is on their end. They need to generate me some new numbers on my account for me to be able to use the game with an Android Security Key. Its really that simple yet they are not willing to save one customer over this. I know I am not the only user this is effecting either. If you have to reset your Android phone for any reason your Security Key will stop working and wont work with the original numbers they supply and lock to your account. So unless they wake up and change them they will have lots of in coming complaints in due time!

  17. I almost started this exact same thread! This is actually pretty scary to be honest. The word of mouth is powerful and EA/Biowares are in for a hard lesson it would appear! /sad
  18. Thank you. Acually I was so mad last night I unscribed my account. I feel if more players do this it will raise pressure on EA/Biowares to fix problems faster before the bottom falls out on this game. Hey, we all want this to be a winner including me! Yet, at this point it isnt a game Im investing time/money in or will tell people too. Server logs are showing a massive population withdrawl on all fronts! After 2 weeks they are showing bleeding... Look for yourself if you dont believe me.

  20. Let me just talk about the bugs of your companions on serveral classes not working properly! For example why would I ruin my emersion of leveling up a Jedi Knight just to find out my Companion Kira will not talk with me and become my Companion because she is bugged out? You say who cares right? Well that ruins my game and the emersion of the Story! This is just one of the many, many, many bugs that can ruin the emersion of the game for so many people. So we are told this is a story based driven MMO... So Im like okay, I wont argue or expect it to be something it isnt then... But it should at least be what it pretents to be! Fix the DAM game already... Let everyone use Security Key Vendors regardless if they use a Key or NOT! That would even start to make me happy.
  21. CS are you guys now finally understanding the problem? You have customers leaving your game over something small and easy to fix! "I still have not receieved any emails or anything telling me whats going on?" At one point you were saying you might send me one of your Physical Security Keys because of my problems and long waits on your phone lines and so on... Yet I have still heard nothing? I do appreciate you responded in this thread yet it has removed move from my account and added no fix? So um yeah! Help? I'm no new guy to MMO's and here is a list of a paying customer with 14days left till you loss him.... Ultimate Online Everquest Everquest II Star Wars Galaxies (PreCU) World of Warcraft (from Stress Test 1 & 2 as well as Open Beta!) War Hammer Online City of Hero's These are just some to list here....
  22. There seems to be a problem to the Seriel Number & Activation Code they have attached to my account. When I put these numbers into my phone they generate me a number and then Biowares asks me to put that number into their website and it says failed! The number it is generating isnt registering with there system so I am unable to use the Android Security Key which I was faithfully using for more the a week with no problems! Please do something or give me some new numbers? Thank You
  23. If CS is reading this it didn't fix JACK**** and now the 5 steps are removed to make the game work. So I find link to security key and it still has the same two Numbers Sequences as before and they still DO NOT WORK! Serial Number & Account Number that you have tagged to my account dont seem to work anymore with my Android Security Auth Program you tell us to download? The best part is it worked for like a week and then it now does not work?? Can you please change those numbers attached to my account so maybe it will work again? Uggggh! Ty anyways for trying I guess!?
