isn't WoW shift right click to preview? But seriously... whenever something is purchased with "tokens" there should be a prompt window. Tokens aren't like normal cash and should not be treated as such at vendors. You give up a lot in rewards to collect tokens when questing and they can all be lost so easily by an accidental click without any warning. This isn't about how hard it is to follow the instructions, but rather eliminating issues with the interface. If you took a poll, I guarantee a large majority of the user base would like to see a prompt window for token purchases.

yeh you're right just looked at my email again....yes so I'm with the majority then on this one when it comes to those who are complaining about not getting in earlier; but still agree with OP's point that the ad is misleading.

THIS. I'm not very upset, I'm just saying that why blame the consumer for not knowing to go to the forums, read the FAQs, etc ...just to play a product they thought they were simply buying then could play; after all that's what the ad implies!

maybe i'm wrong because clearly I can't read and failed at reading comprehension .... but the cost of preorder was $5 additional to the cost of the game $60/$80/etc; is this not right?

not everyone knew they were paying $5 extra to stand in line....and not everyone thinks it's necessary to go reading through FAQs and fine print in order to play a videogame. But clearly lesson learned....I won't preorder any EA product from now on; they clearly just don't have any respect for their customers.
