I don't mind PUG groups, I don't set rules, but if we were to wipe on a large trash pull or a boss with a lot of adds, and they start asking what happened, I usually tell them what happened, that they didn't aggro the adds that were attacking me. They usually say OK and will watch for the adds next time or I'll call out that the adds popped. I generally try to have the camera view out far enough to see everything that is going on so I know who to heal first. And if they don't listen then they will start saying that I'm not healing enough (even though I just got praise from them for a previous boss uber healing), and rage quit. That's just my thoughts on this topic.

I use a Belkin n52te for my buttons (attacking, movement, and healing). While I click on that persons' name in the ops window, I am able to throw what heals I need to instantly. Turning is still with the mouse, but it hasn't effected my heals that much even in HM's.

Guild Capital Ships 4. for exploration, instead of having a large area become uncovered, have only one or two 'squares' become visible 5. more GTN terminals, maybe one on each planet for those that don't want to have to go to fleet everytime they want to check the GTN

I'm an Operative Healer. I've PUGed a couple of groups before and haven't had much trouble with the others in the group but for a couple of times. And for the most part I have run into the same trouble as most everyone else with them not self-healing after a fight, but so far I've been able to keep them alive each time and even been complimented for keeping them alive even though they just pushed through the FP.

I've gotten my Operative to level 46 with just the Medic tree, so I am probably a little biased. But, I see that being able to keep yourself and your group alive that much longer. But then again, I'm rolling other characters for their tank and dps abilities.

Ok, maybe I may be premature in my thinking about what an Operative actually is. As I am still a low level and haven't gotten very far in yet, but most of my attacks have been at range unless it's a melee that attacks me and then I respond accordingly. It seems I have some more learning to do with the Operative.

While that may make the Operative look cool, I don't think that that would be practical. Each of the ranged classes has their own weapon style. Plus, being an Imperial Agent: Operative, you are not going to be 'up close and personal' with you style of fighting. You are the ghost in the crowd, the shadow from afar.
