I have a quick question as people have pointed out that you get the recipe to craft this armor from a schematic. Question is do you get the schematic for hooligans (chest,head,pants) automatically( as in talk to trainer) for hitting 180+ or do you need to "discover" the schematic through missions. If "discovered" what mission gathering do I need? Underworld? Slicing? I apologize in advanced if this was asked before, but I cant find the answer through the aid of my trusted buddy google.
