  1. I love this game. I first played the game during a free weekend back in 2012 sometime. I leveled a Knight about halfway through Tython, and a BH halfway through Hutta. I enjoyed the game a lot, but money was tight and spare time was rare. I was unemployed throughout 2013, but didn't re-join until the beginning of December 2013. I grabbed some cartel coins after Christmas, and popped up to Preferred. I had restarted my Jedi Knight character, since I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I remember the first few hours running around on Tyhon with another brand new player, trying to figure out why we couldn't trade, and why we kept failing to go into the instances together. It was fun. I proceeded to play quite a bit while I was home and my wife was at work. I played a lot, but enjoyed the story and exploring the worlds. I completed every mission I could find, almost always saving the Heroics for the end of the planet. I explored every world map completely, I found every datacron and most of the lore objects. I ran through several flashpoints, but almost all of them were after I had overleveled and just walked through by myself. I did eventually start using Group Finder and running FPs for real. Eventually, about 5-6 weeks ago, I was halfway through my Character Quest on Voss when I realized that I was level 49, with no expansion. I dropped the character for a while, and started up a new Bounty Hunter. I decided he would be a tank, cause that looked interesting. He's about halfway through Nar Shadda before I managed to get some money for a 1 month subscription. And at this point, I got a full-time job. Back to the Jedi Knight I went. I blew through the remainder of my class story-line, and by then was about level 51.5. I got halfway through Makeb, trying out the Black Hole story-line, earning HK-51, and then going back to Makeb and finishing that off. I dinged 55 after fighting Niklos in Extraordinary Measures. I finished up Makeb, and have been trying to do what I can to keep playing and enjoying the game. Because my wife is a fan of spending time together, and her not being a huge Star Wars or computer game fan, my game time at this point is limited to early Sat and Sun mornings while she sleeps in and a few hours when I am home and she is still working. And that is why I am cancelling my subscription. I wish I could afford to subscribe and play it for hours every day. But between the job, the wife, and the baby on the way, every dollar needs to be saved. I have fond memories about the game: the first few minutes running around Tython, being invited by someone on Alderaan to join his guild once I dinged 55, spending an hour trying to get that 2-person datacron on Quesh, and having to go back the next day, helping someone get the Hoth HK part and then us running through False Emperor for the next part, the patience of the people who walked me through tanking Mando Raiders, waiting 90 minutes in a PUG to kill the Nar Shadda World Boss, and many others. These forums are one of many resources I look at all the time when trying to do stuff. I love the "Weird people you find in Group Finder" and started reading that dreading my appearance in them, but it never happened. I wanted to thank the players of the game for being so helpful. I want to thank the Devs for making a great game. Yes, the game has restrictions for non-subs, and that's fine. I can live without the benefits. I may have to buy a Artifact Permission Unlock but that's what the Cartel Market is for. No game is perfect. But I don't have a problem with the issues this one has. And this is my last chance to comment on the forums, so I may as well. I am going to still play when I can, with the reduced XP, the more expensive prices and all the other restrictions that don't really bother me. It's a game. And I really love it. Sorry for the wall of text. TL;DR: Unsubbing because I have no money and limited time, but I love the game. Thanks for being good players. PS, I'm Jaleou the Jedi Knight and Skroniss the BH on Shadowlands. Hope to see you out there, but if I don't, good luck.
