Why is it that this game DC's you at the most inopportune times? I'm fighting a world boss in Taris. Got him to about 70% and DC. Try to log back in? Nope... 10 minute queue. Thanks, but no thanks. This game is not ready for release if you can't even reconnect after DC'ing. Why the !@#$!@#$ do I have to wait in the queue again after ALREADY waiting once when I logged in the first time? This is absolutely ridiculous. Queuing once... not fun, but understandable. Queuing multiple times, lazy programming BW. Need some help? I'm sure some college interns would be happy to fix that for you.

A free transfer service would be perfect. I'll gladly transfer all of my characters to a light server. I will not however wait in line for an hour, especially given that when you get disconnected from the game you have to wait in line ALL OVER AGAIN!

The problem is NOT the queues. The problem is that you sit in a queue, and start playing. THEN you get DC'd, and have to sit in the queue AGAIN. That is the primary problem. The secondary problem is that you wait in the queue, finally get in, but you are not sitting and staring at your computer when it happens, so the game logs you out. #1) You get DC'd you should be able to log in again within 5 minutes without queueing. #2) You wait in the queue, you should not be logged out when you are on the character select screen. You should at LEAST be given more time, or an EXTREMELY loud and obnoxious alarm should go off, and continue going off so that you know that you are allowed to play the game you bought. My 2 credits...
