the ability to share my friends list accross my account is crucial! no matter what toon I am on I want to see all my friends. A blizzard style armory would bring a whole new aspect of player interaction, the ability to connect with my toon and others off line adds a much needed player interaction with the game. giving the group finder the ability to resource players from other realms would speed up queue times dramatically. Queue times are so long at the moment that players go AFK and sit in the queue and are AFK when the finder pops up and not only do they have to restart the finder and wait all over again but the people in queue also have to wait longer, lose/lose situation.
