  1. I was on Corellia leveling one of my characters. When I entered a building and began walking through the different rooms, the terrain and NPCs suddenly vanished, leaving only the background graphic and rendering the game rather unplayable. Panning the camera brings back the view of terrain/NPCs at certain specific angles, but most of the time the terrain and NPCs are now invisible until I log out and log back in. What makes this even more odd is that the more I pan the camera, the harder and harder it becomes to find an angle where I can actually see the terrain/NPCs again. This problem has now been repeatedly happening over and over in every interior space in Corellia for me, rendering the game rather frustrating to play. Could someone please point me in the direction of what is going on? Thank you. EDIT: I am now encountering this problem inside interior rooms just from using skills. This problem is now occasionally happening outside as well.
  2. What should an Imperial do if they miss Alderaan? Wait for the Death Star's laser to recharge and fire again when ready.
  3. Did this on my Sith Marauder. Completed "To Find a Findsman" to recruit Yuun and then completed Chapter IX; when I looked up my Contacts list, the HK-55 recruitment mission did not appear. I've re-acquired HK-55 on two other characters, so eligibility isn't an issue. Is this a problem where the game doesn't recognize that you met the requirements if you do "To Find a Findsman" before completing Chapter IX?
  4. Now that the cross-factional nature of the Alliance in KOTFE is fully apparent and underway, I would very much appreciate it if Bioware could please, PLEASE make all Companion Customizations sold from Vendors (Including the Security Key and all Reputation Vendors) bound to one's Legacy instead of simply being bound on pickup. I mean, think about it! There is a Blizz customization that I thoroughly enjoy using that's sold only from the Ilum Security Key Vendor, but only my Imperial-side characters will be able to take advantage of it. It's just a cosmetic thing, but I think people would be a lot happier if they could freely customize ALL of their available companions in their Alliance with a greater range of options. Don't get me wrong, I do like a lot of the ones on the Cartel Market, but I also like a lot of the non-Cartel Market customizations as well. ---
  5. Got this bug as well when I unlocked HK-51 on one of my characters through the legacy option. I would very much appreciate this problem being fixed.
  6. Well, thanks for telling us. And here's hoping for glitch-free runs on Tython in 2.10.
  7. Your lack of effort at contributing to actually help fix the problem at large greatly amuses me. It is true; the fact that the designer IS doing his best to communicate with the gaming community to help solve the problem is laudable. However, people who pay for subscriptions (including myself) and find problems like this during live releases when they should've been detected early on by QA is a very humorous thing. Am I mad at the developers? No, not really. If I was truly angry, I would've deleted my game client and quit SWTOR. I just find the whole situation hilarious in a twisted way. Bakmar the Republic-side Manaan flashpoint vendor NPC is another one. People were pointing out that they were having problems accessing him during the PTS run, and yet somehow that error STILL ends up in the live release.
  8. First time I encountered this bug, I was running this FP 2-man with a friend. He was tanking on a Jedi Guardian, I was on my Gunnery-spec DPS Commando, and both of us had companions out (1 melee DPS and a ranged Healer). During the shield/orbital bombardment phase, the two Imperial Operator minions that showed up had... interesting problems. One of them would properly lose its shield from the targeted Orbital Bombardments from Major Travik, but the other would never lose the shield even when hit by the Orbital Bombardment multiple times. Major Travik would never drop his shield due to this; thus making it impossible to get past Major Travik and rendering him both invulnerable and an Orbital Bombardment spammer. Second time after the quickfix was implemented in the 2.9a patch, the same problem with the Imperial Operators occurs; one of the Imperial Operators loses his shield from the Orbital Bombardments but the other one still keeps his shield. The only difference is that Major Travik DOES lose his shield once both minions are downed. This means that the fight is now technically feasible, but this particular phase now becomes a huge headache to melee tanks and melee DPS, since they still have to worry about being pummeled by Orbital Bombardments as they are attempting to tank/DPS down both Imperial Operators. The second time, I was running the FP with a full group through Groupfinder; and I was once again on my DPS Commando.
  9. Pretty lousy way of implementing a temp fix; at this tier of bugfix quality, they might as well just remove the adds mechanic altogether.
  10. This is confirmed. Basically, in order to remove the shield on the boss, you basically have to kill both adds that appear before you can return your DPS attention to the boss. And one of the adds' shields is STILL unresponsive to the intended fight mechanics. This may suffice as a stopgap measure, but honestly Bioware, this is sloppy devwork. If you are going to release a fix, please fix it properly so the fight works as intended.
  11. Yup, same here. Major Travik must've gotten tired of getting his *** whupped and thus started slicing the game servers.
  12. So THAT'S why the Harbinger went down.
  13. Ha! Now the Bastion server's down as well. Really, Bioware? The least you could do is give us five minutes' warning through the system chat.
  14. At times, I'm not sure whether the Harbinger server is just the Millenium Falcon's temperamental navicomputer in disguise... minus the blistering FTL speeds.
  15. Because EA, in all their infinite wisdom, decided that it would be a good idea to merge servers a second time without making proper server load space... and then implement F2P into the bargain. Higher overall server loads seem to indicate a higher need for maintenance and fixes.
