Posting here to for visibility:
Alacrity in this game when it comes to dots, speeds up both the tick rate and the durations of dots (serrated, incendiary) or doesn't affect either tick rate or duration (electro net, fusion). For Supercharged Burn however, there is a negative relationship with alacrity where the debuff expires faster but ticks at the same rate. This results in missed ticks of damage when a raid wide alacrity buff goes out or a relic of primeval fatesealer is used. Please either fix alacrity affecting the tick rate or duration so we can have full damage from supercharged burn.
Below are screenshots from Mercenary and Commando to demonstrate alacrity resulting in missing ticks of supercharged. 1st and 3rd demonstrate dot's with 19% alacrity and 2nd and 4th demonstrate 11.6% alacrity.

Dulf was also an endgame raider herself, not like our current influencers.
I don't think they earn much like dulfy, current viewers and sub numbers are clear. So they can't afford to pay.
I miss her too. I think she had a child or something like that if I remember correctly.
She got carried hard, anyone in the scene from back then knew that

My point still is Killing Apex was only the result of blatant bug abuse and can't be considered a real kill
-
We didn't skip dread guards for gear.
No that's what we and several other guilds did and we got taken off the progression thread for it, despite DG only being killable by one guild at the time due to impossible dps reqs and still needing a 30 second kelsara enrage kite
-
Remember when using HM/NiM Lockout sharing was used to skip Dread Guards for gear made you ineligible but blatant bug abuse isn't now? Imagine breaking Brontes so she never spawns orbs or Kephesses? Mitigating and breaking a mechanic are different things.

Sidenote; if it's meaningful to discussion. Camera 2's (the lead dev behind this raid) discord status for a period today was that he is currently actively trying to fix this red venom bug. So I suppose there's a degree of dev acknowledgement of this issue.
It's pretty obvious that that since the Dev acknowledged this is a bug the kill was bug abuse and therefore invalid, FC and Failure need to kill without bugging Red venom

But most importantly, do NOT change the rules post factum. If you want a separate WF with the requirement of doing the X mechanic the Y way you think is intended, post a requirement, run a separate leaderboard (you can still do this!) and track kills made this way. 6.0 is actually a good time to do so because of gearing being nearly independent of this kill. Even earlier on, you could choose between progging the "right" way from the start or cheese first for gear and then re-practice the thing you cheesed and do it the "legit" way - provided the rules are set from the start.
TL;DR: Blame the devs and make a separate leaderboard with extra requirements while you still can.
Imagine thinking bug abuse is ok

LoS is different than glitching a buff so it stays on the whole time. That’s a clear exploit.

<Exit Area> - Killed 8-man HM Revan Tonight
Also congrats EA, never a doubt in my mind you guys would get Revan first here.

The Drunk Tanks
Master Blaster HM kill
8-man
Grats guys on an extremely frustrating boss. My favorite part was when Mef was intercepting the beam and it took ~3 seconds for the server to register the correct position of Mef on the screen and it shows him sliding over while in the bubble

It's been done before

I'll consider it

Complimentary with anything else you buy.
How much would I have to pay for ryz to destroy all his gear? No vendoring or removing mods

Also, i know there are some people in the darkness reborn who are looking for people to do group ranked. probably looking more for a tank than anything, but it doesn't hurt to ask. i think Doom'scythe and Phantom-Kent were looking specifically.
B-b-b-but they have B-b-b-becky!

I apologize for all my smart *** comments. Your post seems heartfelt. I will no longer participate in trash talking. I was wrong too.
Oh shut up
-
Probably gonna wait to queue ranked til the power tech shoulder canon gets nerfed in 3.1.1, no reason to make my life harder

Riding underlurker like a rancor.
Summoning him does a special animation where the cross comes out always red.

I am so sorry I derailed this thread. This is too much.

Common knowledge, you'll notice that he only said pvpers going into pve have a higher chance of being the top tier then the opposite, but he never said it was a 100% rule.
Le sigh.
I know but why provide an example to his statement if it's incorrect?
-
Setting petty accusations aside, there is one erroneous assertion that I keep seeing thrown around - the notion that good pvp'ers wouldn't be as successful at pve as good pve'ers. In my opinion that's patently false as the skills required to raid competently in this game are a subset of the skills required to pvp competently in this game. If the best pvp players had the inclination to do so, most of them would quickly become some of the best pve'ers. You can take people like Ily, Tae, Bamm, Krastin, and Lokio as just a few examples of superb pvp'ers who excel in pve. The converse, however, is much less likely to be the case. This is illustrated by numerous players from the better progression guilds (what few are left) who may perform well, but not at an elite level in pvp. There's no shame in this, but asserting otherwise more likely reflects an insecurity about one's own ability rather than any hard and fast rule about the relative pve skill of this community's top pvp'ers
tl:dr - The best pvp players would likely excel at pve and the best pve players would possibly excel at pvp
You do know Kristin was pve first right?

CoTP is a republic guild
I just saw them on imp fleet, I knew they were republic when their imperial mirror Empire of the Phoenix existed, but I think they did some renaming.
-
Gotdamit Z look what you did to the thread....it was all touchy feely and you derailed it....Talionis > any tank in game #comeatmeimwaitingwithawatergun
Also assuming the upper tier of pvpers cant parse the same bland numbers you pvers put up is asinine, but plz do continue to que up team ranked at 3 am with your buds, just make sure not to get your healer glololobaled this time
Nah, I derailed because I knew Zenod gets a hard on for calling me bad.
Inb4 rip
