First of all: I have a level 50 toon, so I got the 30-days. There is still a way you can get around this "Dear invaluable lowlevel customer" issue. Repeat this 30-day-free-playtime-thing every 2-3 month. Every time the first character of an account hits level 50 this account gets 30 days of playtime. Alternatively you could extend the offering to every account that is on active subscription since pre-launch/launch of SWTOR.
