theres gotta be more people that are having this problem

Ive got a high end computer, and have played the beta's of SWTOR and as well for the last 3 days been playing and have been running on max graphic settings and had no FPS issues at all. Yet today logged in and whenever i open the map(moving or not moving) i get an FPS lock for about 1 second. Its kinda like a jump. Ive tried lowering my settings down to everything low as can be and it still does it. So it cant be my computer. Things i've tried and to note: Ive restarted my computer, lowered my graphic settings to lowest, my ping is very low, on max max in-gaming settings my fps is at 70 - 80, i dont use v-sync, i have the lated nvidia drivers. Any ideas? Anyone else getting this?
