when I go to a lower resolution i get thick black bars on the out sides of my game like a border, and it makes the picture look distorted so i have to play in the res that fits my screen (1900x1220) and when I try to switch to that res i get the crash.

planning on a summertime mmo build for around 1000 bucks =] hah hopfully the game is patched to perfection by then

i was running ok in beta with everything on low getting around 30 fps with my res on the 1900x1220 or 1200 w.e the min requirments need to be boosted way up then if my rig cant run

dell xps m1730 win vista 64bit 4gigs of ram t8100 2.1ghz duo core cpu nvidia geforce 8700m gt with latest driver cannot change screen res from the stock one to anything with out two thirds screen going black and the last 3rd sputtering out of control flashing my back ground forced to alt f4 out of the game beta worked fine early release worked fine, uninstalled client reinstalling with CE disk then the res problem started. now uninstalled disk install and downloading client from site hoping its cleaner and works repair tool didnt fix either

No gamer should ever have to enter in code to their game to get aa. That should have been done by the devs, they are embarssing themselves everyday with how unfinished this game has been released to public. If i worked for another dev company i would be pointing my finger at bioware and laughing.
