I am level 26 and I haven't been offered the weekly pvp quest in over a month, what am i doing wrong? it gives me the daily pvp quest each day.

I am level 20 and i can not beat Major Bessiker on the Path to power quest, this is a lvl 18 quest, what am i doing wrong? i have geared up and everything.

At what level were you able to defeat Lord Skotia? I am level 15 and still cant beat him, am i doing something wrong?
