Wie ist den aktuell die Queue-Wetterlage auf Jarkai Sword?

Könnte eventuell daran liegen das die meisten von uns noch ein RL haben und keine Zeit haben auf mehreren Servern Chars hochzuleveln - dazu dann noch allein und ohne Freunde.

********. Den meisten leuten sind solche Dinge vollkommen egal und tolerabel zum Start. Nicht tolerabel ist das man garnicht erst zum Spielen kommt.

Patience was yesterday and the day before when we put up with 3+ hour queue times. Do you US Players even have an idea what it's like to play under those conditions with no grace period?

It's 8AM in Europe and the Pre-Launch Servers you were so kind to deploy us without a chance to get away from already have queues. Again, at 8AM in the morning on a Tuesday. Are you honestly expecting players to cope with what will happen in the evening? I realize what you are trying to achieve with lowering the pop caps again. But scaring off new players at the expense of the early access players is a questionable approach.

Das ist doch ganz simpel. Für 3h Wartezeit pro Abend gibts einen Stern und verdammt noch mal nicht mehr. Ich persönlich hab das Game zwar nicht bewertet aber ich kann die Leute verstehen die es getan haben.

I could have sworn I saw Bobby Kotick light a cigar in his armchair breathing a sigh of relief after reading this thread. It couldn't possibly run more in favor of WoW at the moment. Just go on burying your head into the sand and withering the storm. On monday at the latest the mainstream gaming press will pick this up.

Ab Montag wird die Mainstream Gaming Presse das Thema aufgreifen. Bis dahin sollte sich was getan haben.

Es stimmt sowas passiert. Ich habe das heute Mittag mal getestet als ich wusste ich muss für einige Stunden weg. Zuerst ganz normal ausgeloggt, neugestartet und keine Queue. Zweiter Test einfach rechts-click auf das Task Bar Icon und "Schliessen". Neustart des Launchers und ebenfalls keine Queue. Eben wollte ich spielen. Nach 10 min crash auf den desktop und natürlich 2h queue.

Das ist kein Statement sondern eine Beleidigung.

So far you have done NOTHING that even remotely alleviates the problem to acceptable levels. 3 hour queue times without any form of queue bypass after a crash is receipe for disaster. I'm a loyal fan of the Game since before the game was even announced but this is totally unacceptable. What were you thinking?

I'm sorry BioWare I'm usually a peaceful person but: Waiting 3 hours straight in the queue only to be dumped to the desktop 10 minutes into Black Talon followed by place 1100 in the queue (3 hours to go) is outrageous. What the hell were you thinking? And why didn't you hotfix queue bypass for players who just left the game ?

Sorry BioWare ich bin eigentlich ein friedfertiger Mensch aber: 3 Stunden in der Warteschlange zuzubringen dann nach 10 Minuten in Black Talon auf dem Desktop zu landen um mich wieder bei 1100 in die Schlange einzureihen. Was zu Teufel habt ihr Euch dabei gedacht und wieso wurde die Prioritätsqueue für Spieler die gerade noch eingeloggt wurden nicht unverzueglich gehotfixed?

Mag sein das es den ein oder anderen gibt der für einen derartigen Service noch Geld bezahlt. Die breite Masse wird dies nicht tun.

Davon auszugehen das sich die Server bis zum offiziellen Launch von selbst eingepegelt haben ist wohl absolut unrealistisch. Es geht hier darum das die Server schon jetzt so voll sind das die Wartezeiten jeder Beschreibung spotten. Was soll erst passieren wenn der zusätzliche Influx der normalen Besteller dazu kommt? Die downloaden den Client, wollen ins Spiel und warten 4h und schicken das Game zurück fertig. Mir ist es absolut schleierhaft wie man sich nach dem langen Betatests gefolgt von den Beta Wochenenden als Stresstest so monumental verschätzen konnte das Wartezeiten zustande kommen die kein anderes MMO in der Geschichte auch nur ansatzweise erreicht hat. Morgen ist Wochenende und wenn man die Zeiten von heute auf morgen approximiert wo alle ausser vielleicht Eltern mit Kindern (so wie ich) keine Zeit haben dann kann man gut mit 3h durchschnitt rechnen. Das wird reichlich Presse geben.

Das fieseste an der Ganzen Sache ist das die angezeigte Wartezeit eine glatte Lüge ist. Als ich mich in die Warteschlange eingereiht habe wurde 1:15h angezeigt. Jetzt 2 Stunden später habe ich immernoch 30% vor mir. Das macht dann 3 Stunden Wartezeit. Das dürfte neue Massstäbe bei den MMO Queue Zeiten setzen. Schade ich war wirklich überzeugt davon das BioWare für den Start so ziemlich alles richtig gemacht hat (ausgehend von den Beta Erfahrungen). Und dann versauen sie den Start dermassen heftig.

What's most annoying is that the queue times are lying. I've entered the queue with a displayed waiting time of 1:15 hours. That was 2 hours ago and I've still not hit 30% mark on the progress bar.

It usually takes a lot to get me to write a post like this but c'mon BioWare 75 Minute Queues on EU Servers on friday night is just too much. You were in control of how many players you let on each server, you had the metrics from Beta. How on earth could this happen? And its not even the 20. What then?
