I've barely returned after 9 months idle, most of my friends are gone and I'm starting over. I've got a fist full of cartel coins, and an active scrip. I've got a single char, level 10, on my friends server. What can I buy to make my life leveling up better? I prefer passives, account unlocks, and similar, rather than one use items. I was thinking buying the human legacy might help, since it gives 100 presence. Any other suggestions?

Would anyone recommend a good spec for general questing and decent PVP damage as I level? I don't group or do many flash points, so I'm not overly concerned with my role in a group (I've got another toon who's heals anyway, so he's more social). It sounds like a engi/lethal build might be what I want? I'm more than willing to respec at 50 to whatever a better pure PvE or PVP spec would be when the time comes. I just got tired of feeling like weaksauce on the heal spec toon and wanted to lay some dps down.

I've taken cyber/scav/ut up to 100 (level 20) and am severely underwhelmed with cyber. This is on a medic commando. Would I benefit from going to arms or armor over cyber? Anything I can make and use I can buy cheaper and easier, unless I want to invest in RE into blues and purples. Also wanted to ask what crew skills would benefit a sith inq healer the most. Artifice?
