Unless I'm mistaken, I believe people can manually change the times on their computers which would reflect in game and on their screenshots? It is up to BW to decide what is clever/cheesing/exploiting and how to handle what they deem bad behavior. If the community decides, there is nothing but biased opinions and potentially false accusations.
