A guildee of mine tried to get sub time with his credit card, was charged for it days ago, and his account is still not active. He sent a support in, and never even received a confirmation email.

So I got bored and was getting frustrated and decided to try another game for awhile (NO! not WOW). Its over 8 years old now but I never gave it a fair shot years ago when it was released. Anyway after only two weeks of playing I made a cartel purchase and messed it up. I submitted a ticket not expecting much, remembering my experiences here in SWTOR. Within an hour a GM contacted me in game personally with a whisper!!. Looked thru my inventory and records. Asked me a few questions, was super friendly and polite and within 5-10 minutes the issue was resolved and the problem was fixed!! I almost had a heart attack! If Bioware even put forth 10% of that kind of effort I might have stayed... but now seeing the way other games treat customers I think I am sold and satying in the other game.

So..reading their final response on this matter, and its OBVIOUSLY my fault I never got my email with the code...does anyone have the sending address where this mail came from? For the sake of my own sanity, I want to looked through blocked senders and see it there with my own eyes.

Im getting the impression "they" are hoping we will eventually get tired and forget about broken promises. It seems "they" already have ....

I'm usually pretty chill when Im gaming, and my music usually reflects that, doesn't matter what class Im playing at the time. Usually classic rock... some Van Morrison, Bob Marley, Seger... occasionally even some classical stuff while doing a lot of pvp. Nope, no code yet..... If sending codes with email, is so problematic why not find alternate method? How hard would it be to simply send the code thru a pm here on the forums, or an in game mail?

After all the time I had to endure the mystery vanishing crossed swords on a marauders back (Cathar honor and Manaan Fira) I was so happy to see it finally done right when the classic vibroswords were released. Finally a pair of matching crossed swords on my back woot!! However imagine my dismay when I bought a set for a female marauder only to find they are off center on her back and misaligned. Why are my beautiful statues covered in some sort of green moss?? I spent a lot of time and credits to collect them all. They weren't like that when I put them on display, they weren't like that in the preview windows? Seems like something happened with the last patch?? The base value of the crafted relic would still be dependant on therequirement of 3 dmc, which would still require running Ops. The only thing destroying 3 relics in attempt to learn a schematic does it allow people who are lucky with rng and learned the schematic quickly is to gauge other players and sell a relic for way more than the effort required to get one constitutes.

3 attempts now to learn the schematic... and 3 fails...such rng BS. Why is there even a 60% chance if we have lockouts and can only run an Op once a week. Its hard enough to win the drop as it is....

4-6 weeks before the original KOTFE expansion I was getting pretty bored and frustrated here. I finally let my sub expire and decided to try a different game. I found a whole new world to explore and enjoy. I ended up subbing over there and was enjoying something new and different. KOTFE came and I stayed away until atleast 4-6 weeks after it was released. Finally I caved in and returned to SWTOR. Chewed thru the expansion, got caught up on my 224 gears and after 2 weeks I was bored and annoyed again but I stayed because I was curious where the story was going. So here I am wondering why I even came back. The new content was barely enough to hold my interest, and now my launcher is broken and I cannot even play (for the second day in a row). Guess I will go back and explore this other world I mentioned... don't be surprised if I don't come back again....

Rather than having a contest that relies on internet speed or the ability to even reload the page, why not try something that rewards people for original answers or even simpler still , random winners?
