So I just wanted to point something out the devs obviously did not think of. Lemme break it down for you....
Jarring Strike = 1.5 second stun
GCD = 1.5 second
= Enemy getting up from stun before you can even attack a stunned target.
= Completely useless talent.....
Please do not come in here and tell me Im QQ because my class is not OP anymore. Our PvP burst damage was to high and it needed to be regulated. I can admit this. But why gimp a talent to the point where there is no benefit to spending 2 points on it. Nerf our damage fine it needed it, maybe now people wont cry so hard when they get owned by Operatives. But Jarring Strike did not need to be nerfed......
