Yeah, i got the same problem with the monthly cc , its all the time +3 days , i am at overall +21 days late by now. Sending a Ticket was answered by a simply nonsense copy paste ... -.-

Hello On Patch 4.1. my Imp Agent can not fnish the Chapter 10. (No Romance with Kaylo) (Light Side choises) Reset done 4 times, no solve. Now on Patch 4.2, its written in the Patch Notes, that its been fixed. Chapter 10 was reset by BW/EA. Played, and still dropped in Char Screen after the meeting with Lana in the Warroom and it didnt finish. Reset done another 4 times, same problem. Well, however, MY Agent is still not be able to start Chapter 11.

Well, MY Agent is still NOT be able to complete Chapter 10. Reset done 7 times and still drop into char screen in the last part " Talk to Lana in the War Room" ... But now i am able to move thru the chapter blind and can speak all dialogues .... -.-

i was not able to fnish the chapter 10 after patch 4.2b on my Agent. Still got kicked into Char Screen at the end of the WarRoom Sequence. But after 7 resets of the Chapter, i am finally now able to run it complete blind and can speak formyself all the Dialoges -.-

Auch ich habe weiterhin das Problem ... Durchloggen aller Chars hat auch nichts gebracht, ebenso der 7te Reset nicht. Aber dafuer kann ich das Kapitel 10 nun Blind laufen und LippenSynchon nachsprechen.

Jau, hatte Kapitel 10 auch gespielt, bug, zurueckgesetzt , bug ... Auf 4.2 gewartet, wo es ja repariert sein sollte. - Agent eingeloggt - gesehen das Chapter 10 resettet wurde - "fix" durchgespielt und viola BUG ... ersettet und wieder gespielt, erneut BUG ... Danke, aber mein Abo ist durch einen unbekannten Bug auch auf einmal deaktiviert und ich weiss echt nicht warum

Hab mit dem Support Telefoniert, weil nix da ist usw. Die Supportmitarbeiterin sagte was von : "Bitte warten Sie bis Freitag und melden sich dann nochmal, falls Sie weiterhin nichts erhalten haben."

Haken auch seit 2011 und KEINE Email erhalten ... GG -.- Nein, habe natuerlich auch im Spam geschaut, nichts
