I've submitted a ticket but have yet to get a response and the 7 day trial doesn't last forever obviously. Forgive me if it is the wrong location for this thread but I'm looking for visibility as MMO's generally have community managers etc. patrolling the forums.

This is what I'm not understanding. My character is level 50 and I would like to come back an experience the game and see if I'd like to put money towards it, how can I do this (the way I'd like with my 50) without being able to check out the new content. This is all I'm requesting, it doesn't seem an outlandish request. I would like to see the content and experience the game a bit more to see it it is correct for me right now. That is the goal of the 7 day sub I assume.

I'm checking the game out again as it has been a while, I used a referral link and I'm a subscriber for 7 days but I cannot access the Hutt Cartel content on my level 50. This is the toon I prefer playing and would like to be able to make a decision on the game but I cannot experience the content. Why can I not play the content that a subscriber should be able to access as a subscriber for 7 days?

I'm really torn. Main issue is I have a 43 Sorc. and I played through obviously another Sith storyline on the Warrior. If I have to reroll an Assassin I will be really getting the same content as my Sorc. which as a note has seen most of the story at this point. I feel the playstyle is just not matching perhaps. I really like the "Paladin" even as of current. I don't mind tab targeting but when runs have people 2-5 levels above me I can't use my taunt enough it's not really fair honestly. This isn't me saying "It's to hard" I believe i'm wondering if the toolkit gets better and if I can do any DPS at all cause my Sorc easily does 250K+ in PVP. I break 75K sometimes now... I understand i'm support but solo gameplay is really lacking because of my output currently. What are my options. Will an Assassin fit my play better? Better DPS output perhaps more fun and AOE? Thanks again all.

So I rolled a tank to do Flashpoints etc. I generally am a tank so I understand the usual pitfalls. However at 21 I seem to be a bit lack luster. Will I get better or is it just not the tank for me? Any recommendations. AOE threat is non-existent and single target is fine I suppose having to use taunt a lot however. It seems like my DPS output is not very good either. Quite stumped and feel like I've put to much time into a toon that just isn't correct for me. Thoughts?

No grade to give as I can't do much as of yet. From the beta I give it a pretty solid B+ however. Some appear to be upset regarding the early access. I understand the complaints but it's just not going to help. I played the beta to sway my opinion of the Star Wars IP. I'm looking for something new and didn't know it would be SWTOR until the beta. I'm quite behind on the pre-order front. I don't think I'll get in any time soon to be honest. I'm upset but not going to fill the forum with useless 'Aww I paid etc etc.' Won't help. It's a wait and try to be productive time. Also those that have played beta or live take the time to realize MMO's do not grow up and become fully fleshed out for a long time. WoW has had 7 years to get as streamlined and polished as it is. The Dev team seems to be looking to implement really good features. Just understand you can't have everything at launch. Core things need to be fixed/finished. Polish and other features that were pushed back come with time. MMO's can't be graded for many month's in my opinion for this reason. Seems like I can't even enjoy reading about things I like on forums these days. Forums are apparently for people that just want to voice their hate not have a decent chat about things they are passionate about. Obviously the community isn't upset as a whole generally the forums attracts the loudest and the most opinionated. Wish we could switch it around a bit...
