Oh yes let's bring back the gunsheeps running back to the safety of there pastures. So once the team in the lead can just sit back load up on gunsheep and pick off the unwary. Boy I sure miss those days of reverse spawn camping! Personally I like the idea of making the cap ships turrets just like sat turrets. Gives the noobs a fighting chance and the vets a way to earn more req.

Just a little defense for all of the people on the JC. In the beginning the imps got rolled period. I myself got rolled. Didn't like it but I did not complain about it. And I leveled up and mastered the ships I needed to help my team win. What I did was the old saying "if ya can't beat them join them". The first person I talked to was I-toon. And I was the first imp to contact him. All I said was he was a really good pilot, and that got the ball rolling on bringing the "hated pub premade" to the darkside with help from another person.( he knows who he is ) I think its funny how some have ranted about the "hated pub premade" on the JC and unknowningly flown with them on the imp side. Now the balance most feel has come to the JC is because of myself and others who saw the imbalance and did our best to change it. And I think we did. Not taking away from the imp only pilots who slugged through and played only imp side. I could literaly tell you all from the aces thread who is the same player from pub to imp. The point is regaurdless of which side you play on you can meet and make friends with the other side. Who knows you may just find you all don't have as many differences as you imagine. Just play the game! Get it out of your head your preconceived notions about what's OP and what's not. Play what you want and quit QQing about this or that. MAKE FRIENDS with everybody! Mr. SIM I also consider you a friend just as I consider many other pilots on my two mains SithAce and Skywallkr who fly on different sides. I have to scroll my friends page on both toons and I will fly with anyone on any side in GSF. Hey if you fly on the Harbinger please feel free to friend me their too, names are the same as in my signature.

No offense but your kidding yourself if you think players of TOR or even those aware of the Old Republic era full stop even begin to make up a large portion of the audience this film is directed at, or even Star Wars fans in general. We are unfortunately, the minority, and Disney understands this. Actually what I was trying to convey is, use TOR lore in the new movie to bring more customers to the game. Not use the player base to help sell the movie. But it will not hurt the movie to bring all of us in to buy a movie ticket. That being said my original reference was to the original concept art picture of the face off between the Emperor and the Jedi knight from this game. The only "ancient" enemies I can think of is: 1) The Emperor. 2) Ableroth. 3) The Rakata. 4) The lost tribe of the Sith. Pleuguis(spelling) is not ancient nor was he even powerful enuff to be the villian for 3 new movies. Actually My bet now that I think about it is "The lost Tribe of the Sith". Because fans of the movies have no concept that before Bane there were thousands of Sith not just two. And the tribe would be plenty of bad guys to run through three movies IMO.

Has anyone tried to base their matchmaking experiences to how many ships you Que with? I noticed when I have que'd with only one ship I have gotten mostly noob 2 shippers as teammates, conversely when I have que'd with all five ships I have been matched with 5 shippers. I am starting to think that part of the matchmaking system weighs how many ships u que with. Of course this does not explain getting what u get for your enemies team in so much as good players or noobs. If anyone can test this out and report back to see if at all I am on to one possible matrix in this messed up matchmaking system.

Am I the only one to notice the original concept art of the Jedi's confrontation with the Emperor in this game? It kinda makes sense in a marketing point of view. Disney likes to make money and they bought star wars lock stock and barrel, this game is currently the only fan participation venue out there. It would behoove them to tie the next couple of films with an already current fan base by linking the new films to this game. Not to mention "The Ancient Fear" could be the 1000 year old Emperor. Or it could just be the Rakata coming back to the galaxy. I may be going out on a limb here but since they also trashed all EU stuff all they have is the canon of movies, clone wars, and currently this game. Let me know what ya think and maybe you all can expand on this.

I have only killed 2 GS's in a row once two very important and lucky things happened. 1) My build of pure offense, concentrated fire-blaster overcharge-criticals criticals. 2) They were very close together and not paying attention. This was a sting not a blackbolt. So 9.9999 times out 10 I will die.

I know just from my experience that the upgrade from tier 4 to mastered seemed to be quite the advantage. Survivability being one of the improvements I noticed the most. I have mastered ships on the JC and tier two ships on the Harbinger and I can say the difference in matches is being top of the board on JC and middle of the board on HB. Now if it is all just skill then I should have no differences on were I place, but that is not the case. Just my two cents.

Ohh I haven't left, just have a toon on Harbinger. And you're right about when I get to play too. I play late at night to early morning cus I work nightshift. During primetime I am at work. Just this morning I had my best match yet on my pub main, 22 kills-9 assists-117K damage-0 deaths on the good ol' JC!

Just got done leveling on Harbinger. Its kind of fun flying a non-mastered ship again lol. Reminds me how to fly and not just point and shoot hehe. Thanks for all the replies all! SithAce here, Just curious since I made a new toon for GSF on a new server, have any of you done the same? Format something like this: Left server:_________ Went to server:_________ Why I left server:__________ Left Jedi Covenant. Went to Harbinger. Why I left was for more Que pops. But like I assume everyone else it is not permanent. Also toon name luckily did not change.

Just a thought based on the "Aces" list you may want to try the Jedi Covenant server. IDK if there is just inordinate amount of JC poster's here on the forums. Or there is a huge GSF community on JC but by the list only, the "aces" live there. That may be the best place to hold your ace matches IMO.

Maybe... But do not under any circumstances use retro thrusters anywhere or at any time cus that asteroid WILL be right behind you no matter what. It was bad enuff using RT while not paying attention, but those asteroids can be 15K or more away and wham...self destruct!

Great matches all! Thanks for the stories and screenshots. I should have called this thread "memorable matches and why" cus that applies more than best ones. I also have had great matches that I/we did not win too. Remember you don't have to have screenshots but it does help.

Ya mastered sting on that one lol. I remember looking at the lobby and thinking wow this ones gonna be ruff. It was definitely a way cool match even if we would have lost. That sting build can melt bombers. Hope I see ya in game sometime!

Just a thread for everyone to post your best match screenshot or explanation or both! This match was my best because it was a come from behind victory. Solo que, mostly f2p on my side, 4-5 ship pub enemy (if u recognize yourself great match), and for Imp on JC there are not to many victories.
