If I took powertech to mainly tank, but we had more than enough tanks, can I be adequate dps as a powertech for groups in pve/pvp?

Is it viable for me to go Synthweaving/Archaeology/Slicing or am I going to be gimping myself by having slicing instead of Underworld Trading? Thanks in advance.

Should I be focusing on Artifice to maximize my light sabers? or just stick with the bread and butter biochem or cybertech?

i cant decide between bio, cyber, or arms. does one let you modify your weapon in a way you otherwise couldnt?

Am I going to gain anything rarer or stronger that I can't get elsewhere by using a crafting skill to get something special for my weapon?

do we need to worry about resolve bar being maxed before grenades from cybertech, therefore making them immune, or no?

What can a sniper bring to a pve group that other ranged dps cant?
